They ask Roberts to implore Alito to stand aside from all 2020 election-related cases.

Hell no, Ginsburg pubically and repeatedly spoke out against Trump and never recused herself. Cruz and Mike Lee should meet with Roberts should he meet with the RAT scum.
Durbin doesn’t understand what co-equal means or the 1st amendment for that matter.

Durbin wants to create a blind stampede, get some momentum going for a result before the stampeders realized they have been herded over a cliff.
Would it not be nice if Republicans had some fighting spirit like democrats?

If Roberts were a real man, he would tell Durbin and Whitehouse to pound sand. Such unauthorized/unofficial Legislative Branch meddling in the Judiciary is unethical.

With a media campaign going on against conservative Supreme Court justices in the wake of Roe v. Wade, the Associated Press decided to do a little digging on the others — and came up with a doozy on Justice Sonia Sotomayor, starting with a softball lede:
WASHINGTON (AP) — For colleges and libraries seeking a boldfaced name for a guest lecturer, few come bigger than Sonia Sotomayor, the Supreme Court justice who rose from poverty in the Bronx to the nation’s highest court.
She has benefited, too — from schools’ purchases of hundreds, sometimes thousands, of the books she has written over the years.
Sotomayor’s staff has often prodded public institutions that have hosted the justice to buy her memoir or children’s books, works that have earned her at least $3.7 million since she joined the court in 2009. Details of those events, largely out of public view, were obtained by The Associated Press through more than 100 open records requests to public institutions. The resulting tens of thousands of pages of documents offer a rare look at Sotomayor and her fellow justices beyond their official duties.

Maybe they should ask Roberts about Ketanji Brown Jackson, who does not know what a woman is, and is leveraging her position on the court to make money from a book deal.
Maybe they should ask Roberts about Elena Kagan, Associate Justice, is a partisan who cannot seem to connect the dots on simple cases, and who believes that precedent is more important than the Constitution.
