Mine don’t sleep near the vents when the AC is on but a few like to sleep on the bed with the breeze from the fan blowing at them. But they never go out into intense summer heat like your do.

Wow! You’re up early! You’re an hour ahead but that’s still early.
Glad to hear you’ve been lucky enough to miss out on the yeeha so far. It’s not been a fun Spring so far here. Too many storms and backing off a little on rain would be nice.
The museum doesn’t do anything special for holidays. A few of the people who own military vehicles will drive them in parades, if there are any but that’s about it.
Glad to see you before shutting this thing down. Time to get the cat stuff dealt with and hit the pillows.

I’m squeamish about a lot of bugs and other critters. LOL
Just stay away from me.
I was really tired last night and went to sleep about 9:30 but for some reason I woke at 0245 and got up. I wish I could go back to sleep.
We are supposed to do a 4-mile walk this morning but other than that, I don’t expect to have much energy to do anything else.

A lot of bugs just annoy me - - mosquitos, flies, gnats, and such.
But spiders? Watch me dance!! LOL
Must be the full moon. It seems several are having a rough time getting a good night’s sleep this week.
