The Judge’s daughter has raised $100 Million off of this very case.
How could the Judge not let it proceed or throw it out when it’s $100 Million to his daughter.
I would not count on the case being overturned as NY is dirty and they set this up and hand picked Judge Merchan to get Trump.

NY Congress critter, Dan Goldman has “donated” over $161,091 to Merchan’s daughter Lauren’s Authentic Campaign consulting firm as recently as March 26, 2024.
Golden has also been coaching the state’s star witness, michael cohen????

And that’s why.....he’s such a rat.
The only weakness I see in Trump is he is extremely poor at picking people.
Many of his appointments were terrible.
The NY Times and Washington Post both endorsed the Kelly promotion to Chief of Staff in August 2017.
Within six months, Trump had cut Kelly out of most major decisions. By the end of 2018, Trump and Kelly had no interaction at all.
In January 2021, Kelly told the Press that Trump should be removed from office.
Don’t count on the New York Court of Appeals reversing the verdict/sentence in this case. The Rule of Law in New York State is dead. Any reversal would have to come from SCOTUS, on the grounds of a 14th Amendment Due Process violation.
And don’t forget Nikki Haley and Mike Pense.
