University’s COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate Violates US Constitution: Court
The momentum continues
It gives those, who were forced to choose between their education and Constitutional rights a basis for a lawsuit.
So does this mean they were okay to force all staff and students who didn’t have a specific religious reasons?

…”brave”?! What makes them brave?
My question is, did they mandate because they believed the shot was effective? Or because they wanted to reduce the campus population?
I know it’s easily dismissed as a cliché, but the parallels to Nazi Germany is stunningly similar. Think back to all those people, a majority of this country, who were 100% completely knowingly and willing to subvert the Constitution, the Nuremberg Code, and common human morality to force other humans to get an experimental injection. These same people agreed it was not only acceptable to completely villify and destroy anyone who didn’t submit, it was their duty to hunt down and go after such people.
I personally was chased down in public stores for refusing to wear a mask. My daughter was denied access to college for refusing the vax. Anyone who questioned the vax or mask mandates were ridiculed or destroyed. People needlessly died alone. People died directly from the vax. People were maimed. There was a very real totalitarian evil in the air very similar to 1930s Germany. It bothers me greatly how quickly we have either forgotten or dismissed what happened.
Time to write laws that mandatory immunization is unconstitutional....not for religious reasons but for one’s own right to choose to be “treated”.
It should open the door to damages. Not from the vaccine (that is protected by congress) but the policy.
Where was this court in 2021, when people’s livelihoods and freedoms were being crushed with impunity?
Oh sure, now they rule on the issue!
