Where was this court in 2021, when people’s livelihoods and freedoms were being crushed with impunity? Many court systems were shutdown and various executive branch governments ran wild during the timeframe. Once things got going again it took many months and even years to litigate Covid issues in the courts.

The fatal flaw in our system has been exposed. (On paper, we've got the greatest form of government in the world. But John Adams' warning about it being made only for a moral and religious people has proven true. And our system is completely unequipped to contend with a post-Christian country.)
