Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) told MSNBC on Wednesday there was “no question” that the economy under President Joe Biden was “strong” and “doing well.”
After MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle asked Romney during an interview why he was so optimistic about the future of the country, Romney replied, “First of all, America is an extraordinarily resilient country.”
He explained, “We just had this extraordinary pandemic, and yet our economy is strong, low levels of unemployment, it’s extraordinary, and it’s not because the president is pulling all the levers in the right way. No, it’s not. It’s because the American people are fulfilling their dreams.”

You didn’t have to. I wrote in Coolidge. If I am being asked to vote for a Governor of Massachusetts, I’ll take the one from Vermont, not the one from Michigan.
I virtually never root for a team from California, although I might make an exception if I really do not like the team they are playing (for example, the Ducks). Originally from Oregon (go Beavers). For a while rooted for the Redskins because they were from Washington—which to me originally only meant the state north of Oregon.
Bet on the Patriots in ‘83 on points. Always rooted against the AFC after that. Am now generally on the Go Galt on the NFL bandwagon.
