If this article is true or at least partially true, then if you are a Ukranian Soldier risking your life, what is your motivation, yes, it’s your country, if your leaders are stealing the money and not spending it on defense, then what’s the purpose.
Again, if this true, you could see Ukrainian Soldiers quitting and leaving the front.

Question with all the billions and billions of dollars we poured into Ukraine, would we have won with the following plan. Tell the Russian troops to surrender, collect a million dollars to live anywhere in the World. The latest 65 billion dollars would have removed 65,000 Russian troops from the field!
The USA has spent about 175 billion dollars, so that leaves a lot of money for the crooked politicians and even buy off thousands of more Russian troops. Easy solution.

Yep, all the Uke Nazi Grift of American Taxpayer Dollars went to Zelensky's pockets (minus Biden's 10%), and none of it got down to the sucker Ukes in the trenches, so they just gave Zelensky what he was paying for: Nothing.
This will end well, when the war is over with a Russian Victory and a deal is struck. The Ukrainian rich will fly out to the South of France with their gold bars. And Russia will get more land at the “Peace Table” (should be called the piece table). Ukraine will be re-built, no WW III, and a bunch of new monuments to the dead and graveyards. Putin will get his statue in Crimea, to stand next to Catherine the Great. All will be happy——for a while.

I can be wrong but I think the war will end after 2025. We'll know who's the POTUS. Ukraine will be forced to agree to a ceasefire. Russia will accept NATO troops in Kyiv.
Trump will simply tell Ukraine to suspend hostilities immediately or continue to fight without US support. The fact that NATO’s combined airlift and transport is 90% US merely drives home the point that the EU have never been full partners in NATO.
Trump does not care if the Democrats and Rino’s lose their investments in Ukraine... the fact that they have worked to strip him of his freedom and wealth thru lawfare is going to be a swift lesson in warfare waged from the Office of the President. The Federal Reserve, Blackrock, and the DNC/Rino’s will be without finances to stop the next republican president in 2028.
