Appealing to a New York Appeals Court gets automatically denied whereas a U.S.Supreme Court Appeal should be the venue. But meanwhile if this crooked judge actually attempts to DO his incarceration threat, talk about “daring to go where no man his gone before”...BIG TIME. Interesting to say the least.

What is the case even about? Didn’t Stormy Daniels get her money, then she broke the agreement to quit telling “her stories” and was found liable to pay it back. They are trying to say he lied about the nature of the payment (just a lawyer fee) in order to cover for his election bid. It’s hybrid charge (commingling Federal and local law) that will be thrown out as such on appeal.

There will be a tipping point-—how and what that looks like I don’t know. But the founders were very patient and looking for any way to come to a peaceful solution....then the British pushed it too far with confiscation of firearms. At that point it became self defense and self preservation. There will be a point where the shift from defending rights to defending life happens.
