Kristen Clarke Allegedly Knifed Her Ex And Lied About It — But It’s Not The Worst Thing She’s Done

Sure, Clarke lies. But she has also weaponized the DOJ.

According to The Daily Signal, there is a strong indication that Kristen Clarke, who now leads the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, lied during her confirmation process in 2021. In written questions, Sen. Tom Cotton had asked Clarke: “Since becoming a legal adult, have you ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any person.” Her answer was “No.”

Clarke, who was arrested in July 2006, allegedly attacked her husband with a knife, “deeply slicing his finger to the bone.” Her pedantic argument is that her record was expunged. But the incident meets all the criteria of being “accused” of a “violent crime.”

Listen, we have no clue how the knife incident went down. It’s a personal matter. Clarke says it happened after years of domestic abuse. Maybe her then-husband had it coming. Maybe not. She still lied to the Senate. And it’s not the only thing she lied about.

Clarke, recall, was ahead of the curve in spreading the racist pseudoscientific quackery that has popularized on modern campuses. As president of the Black Student Association at Harvard in the 1990s, she authored a wild letter to the Crimson, arguing that the structure of the black person’s brain made them superior to other races. Chemicals in the brain, Clarke went on, imbued the black race with “superior physical and mental abilities” and “spiritual abilities,” and “[m]elanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities — something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards.”

For context, Farrakhanites were gaining entry into the academic world in the late 1980s and 1990s. A few years earlier, Harvard’s Black Students Association had invited Leonard Jeffries, a proponent...

A lawyer lied.

We are not a nation of laws.

We are a nation of greedy, cowardly, arrogant, childish, vengeful, mentally ill Democrat lawyers.

I always think of congressional hearings as the liar’s pit with folks on both sides of the table lying. Seems witnesses think the oath that they swear to is an oath to say they do not recall rather than telling an outright lie, but then they prefer to go straight to the lie once they start testifying. And if they can’t think of a suitable lie, they fall back on they do not recall

An expungement order means a court removes an arrest or conviction from a person’s court record for most purposes. After the expungement process is complete, you are not legally required to disclose the incident.

What does that have to do with anything?

The statute of limitations had run out long ago on the Trump accusations, but he's getting prosecuted anyway.

Well this helps to explain why Garland hired her. She certainly checks all the boxes.

1) Can lie to Congress without batting an eye.

2) Handy with a knife

3) Can even stab loved ones with no remorse

4) She may be a woman

5) She is black

6) She is a rabid liberal

7) She is black

8) Has she become a lesbian since knifing her husband? (extra points for that)

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke admitted Wednesday that she was arrested and chose not to disclose the legal matter during her Senate confirmation process because it had been expunged from her record.

During her 2021 confirmation process, Clarke, who heads the Justice Department’s civil rights division, was asked by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) in a questionnaire if she’d “ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any person.”

Clarke responded, “No.”

The statute of limitations had run out long ago on the charges for which Trump is being prosecuted.

What’s good for the goose...

She was not just asked if she was charged or convicted. She was also asked if she was ever accused of committing a violent crime against any person. She also perjured herself on that question. I don't believe that an expungement order can also defeat the first amendment right of her husband to loudly proclaim that he accused her of violently attacking him.

I was just having fun too.

I had to look up the quote to figure out you were referencing my dangling participle. Near as I can tell it wasn’t really a Winston Churchill quote. It’s one of those quotes that the Interwebs has attributed to a number of people.
