🚨a former Assistant Manhattan DA who worked in Alvin Bragg’s current office says his colleagues—even the Never Trumpers—are embarrassed that Bragg brought this case against Trump
“It’s destroyed the integrity of my old office”

Never gets old!!
They’re not concerned with integrity of ANY office.
Andrew H. Giuliani
@AndrewHGiuliani
Cohen is back in and the jury is back in as well.
First question from the Soros funded DA’s office is about the photo, Cohen confirms.
ADA asks if he talked about the call on October 24th, asking if he talked about Stormy Daniels to Mr. Trump. Cohen says yes.
ADA asks how many times he talked to Mr. Trump in October of 2016 about Stormy. Cohen says about 20 times.
Note: This is tough to believe considering Cohen changed his testimony, likely perjuring himself with regard to the October 24, 2016 call that lasted 96 seconds.
There is an audio file that the Soros funded DA is playing for convicted felon Michael Cohen. Technical difficulty hence the short break…
We’re back, and we will hear the audio clip: It’s a call between former Stormy Daniels attorney, Keith Davidson and convicted felon Michael Cohen.
Cohen telling Davidson that he’s thinking about going rogue. “Nobody is thinking about Michael.”
“What about me”
Schiller is barely responding.
Cohen says: “we did it.”
Serial liar Michael Cohen says the “we did it” refers to the fact that they made the payment to Stormy Daniels, when questioned by the Soros funded District Attorney.
Cohen now trying to get sympathy from the jury by telling them again that his life was turned upside down since cooperating with Robert Mueller.
ADA is done, back to Blanche cross.
Blanche starts by asking about the consequences of your conduct, saying that it is partially President Trump’s fault that he lost his law license.
Blanche: When you are convicted of a felony, not matter the felony, you loose your law license, is that not correct?
Cohen: That’s correct.
Blanche: but you still blame Mr. Trump?
Cohen: Correct
Blanche now asking convicted felon Cohen about a waiver he signed about Costello, confirming that he signed off on waiving the attorney-client privilege for Costello.
Blanche shows the waiver document.
Blanche working to catch Cohen on why he waived the attorney-client privilege. Blanche shows that Cohen is evasive at the best and still potentially lying at worst.
Blanche now emphasizing that Cohen is still testifying that during that 96 second call on October 24th, 2016 with Keith Schiller, Cohen is still testifying that both the 14 year old incident was discussed with Schiller along with the Stormy Daniels payment with Trump.
Cohen affirms that after never mentioning the other incident when first being questioned by the Soros funded DA’s office.
WRAPPING UP MICHAEL COHEN
Blanche asking Cohen: of all the time you worked for President Trump of anytime, except for the alleged $420K payment, he overpaid for anything?
Cohen: No, that was the first time?
Blanche: So you’re saying the first time you saw him overpay was when he reimbursed you?
Cohen: That’s correct
Blanche: I have no further questions
The DA’s office has no further questions for Michael Cohen. The convicted felon is dismissed. He steps down off the witness stand, walking just by President Donald J. Trump, never attempting to look at him, making a right turn behind where the President is seated and disappearing stage right.
The Soros funded District Attorney’s office has no further witnesses to call.
More later.....
Even CNN understands:
"It was Michael Cohen who arranged this scheme"
"So far there is no direct link... to Trump in this alleged conspiracy"
This case just went POOF💨 pic.twitter.com/CESD1W70Sj— Spitfire (@DogRightGirl) May 20, 2024
This case just went POOF💨
I’m waiting for it to go poof.
It’s way past poof, with all that’s been proven has been done, by Cohen and these crooked prosecution creeps.
😡
Absurd statement. The number of permissible terms for the president was defined by way of a constitutional amendment, which is perfectly legal.
Andrew H. Giuliani
@AndrewHGiuliani
President Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States will now have the opportunity to call witnesses.
Blanche first calls his paralegal: Daniel Sitko.
Sitko is testifying to call records, specifically between Bob Costello and perjurer of Congress, Michael Cohen.
He is testifying, with the assistance of phone records about the 48th call between Cohen and Costello.
Blanche makes the point that Cohen and Costello spoke regularly, which is in direct contrast to what Cohen testified to early last week when first questioned by the prosecution. After 7 or 8 questions, Blanche has no more questions for Sitko and the Soros funded DA’s office will now question Blanche’s paralegal.
My Michael Cohen note: We all knew going into his testimony that he had little credibility, but the serial liar was a complete disaster for the Soros funded DA’s office. To ice it all off, it is reasonably certain that he perjured himself!
ADA now asking Sitko about phone records about the 75 times that Cohen and Costello called each other.
Asking if there could have been pocket dials. Sitko says yes.
Robert Costello is now being called to the stand!
Robert Costello has now been called to the stand!
Defense just called Robert Costello to the stand and there was a gasp in the room.
Before Costello enters the courtroom, the lawyers are having a pow-wow around Merchan. What is being discussed is a mystery at this present time.
Judge apologizes to the jury but he asks them to step outside for a few minutes. Jury is exiting the courtroom, briefly.
The Soros funded ADA is objecting to the scope of what Costello can testify to, saying that Costello should only be asked TWO questions.
Let’s see what Merchan does here. We know he rules almost all the time with the Prosecution…
Emil Bove is pointing out to Merchan that Costello will testify that there was no pressure campaign, in direct contrast to what Cohen testified to, and the basis of this case that the Soros funded DA has presented to the jury.
Merchan is pushing back on Bove now…this sadly is predictable and consistent with what Merchan has done the entire trial.
Bove saying part of what Mr. Costello is going to do is testify that some of what Cohen said at this trial was false.
Bove cites Cohen committing perjury, Soros funded DA interupts. Merchan says he’s going to take five minutes & “don’t leave the courtroom.”
Judge says Bove can have some latitude in questioning Cohen. It is somewhat narrowing, but it should also be narrowing for the Prosecution as well.
Now we await Robert Costello to take the stand…
Entering the courtroom, stage right is Mr. Robert Costello, he walks behind President Donald J. Trump making a left turned, walking ten more feet or so and making a button hook to sit on the witness stand.
Costello is wearing what appears to be a black (maybe navy blue) suit with a blue tie.
Trump Defense Attorney Emil Bove asking Costello where he works and his experience. Costello says he was an assistant US Attorney in the Southern District and ran the Criminal Division.
Bove asks if he knows Cohen.
After establishing further, Bove asks if it was understood that the attorney-client privilege was in affect for that meeting.
Simultaneously, Costello says yes as the ADA objects. The judge sustains and asks to strike it from the record.
Costello answers to Bove: I explained to Michael Cohen the entire legal problem he has would be solved if he told the truth to the Southern District of New York.
Costello says Cohen: “I swear to God, Bob I don’t have anything on Donald Trump.”
After an objection by the Soros funded DA’s office that is sustained by Merchan, the lawyers are told to approach.
While this is going on Costello seems to say into a hot mic:
“Ridiculous!”
Bove back, Costello says that Cohen said at their meeting that Donald Trump had no awareness of the Stormy Daniels repayment and that Cohen said he made the payment on his own.
Bove: Rudy Giuliani come up at this meeting?
Costello: His name came up briefly, just that I was a student assistant of his.
Now an email exhibit up from Michael Cohen to Costello that says:
Robert,
Great news for Rudy. I know I owe you a call. I have been working with lawyers all day and just now am coming up for air. I will try you tomorrow.
Michael D. Cohen, Esq.
Personal Attorney to President Donald J. Trump
After a few more sustained objections by the Merchan, Costello says, “Jeez” rather loudly.
Merchan said, “Excuse me?”
Costello apologizes.
More later.....
OMGosh......
Andrew H. Giuliani
@AndrewHGiuliani
Costello through questioning from Bove clarifies that Cohen was actually seeking a “backchannel” to Rudy Giuliani.
Costello breathes heavily now, in what is an obviously frustrated way.
Merchan immediately dismisses the jury.
FIREWORKS!!
Merchan says to Costello if he doesn’t like a ruling, don’t roll his eyes or say Jeez or strike it!
And if you don’t like my ruling, you don’t give me side eyes!
Costello says he understands.
Merchan now asks if he’s staring him down, asking loudly.
Judge and the witness leave the bench to go have what I’m sure is a spirited conversation behind closed doors.
Costello is showing the same level of respect to Merchan that the “Judge” has shown for the criminal code and the concept of blind justice throughout this case: NONE!
We are back in the courtroom, Costello is back on the stand.
Jury coming in now, let’s see how this FIREWORKS display continues…
Bove is now asking Costello about an email where Costello told Cohen that he would not bother Cohen, that he would only talk to him if he heard from him.
Bove questioning Costello about phone records on 5/27/2018, a 90 minute call. Costello says that Cohen and he talked about legal issues on this call.
Costello is asked about Rudy Giuliani again by Bove.
They are back looking at the phone records form 6/7/2018. There are 7 calls, one of which was 46 minutes.
Did Cohen instruct you to contact Rudy Giuliani?
After Costello saw a text message saying that he contacted Rudy, Costello confirms that it refreshes his recollection that Cohen instructed Costello to contact @RudyGiuliani.
Costello says that Cohen was later complaining about what Rudy Giuliani was saying in the press. Didn’t specify what bothered Cohen.
Costello said to Cohen that if he had any complaint, he would pass it on to Rudy Giuliani
Bove: Did you ever pressure Mr. Cohen at all?
Costello: No
Bove: Did Mr Giuliani ever put pressure on you to talk to Mr. Cohen?
Objection, Merchan sustains
Bove: Did Mr. Cohen pay?
Costello: No
Bove asking Costello if he testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee last week. Costello confirms. Bove has no further question.
Now the Soros funded DA’s office will Cross-examine Bob Costello.
More later.....
Thank you to everyone, busy phone day.
Told my liberal sister-in-law off, probably won’t have to talk to her next year. They don’t listen, she was trying to tell me we have had immigration problems forever. LOL
Told her it was most controlled when Trump was in office, best in 40 years.
Then I asked her about these abortion tours and killing babies up to birth. Makes me sick.
Went out to eat 3 times last week, do not feel like eating out again, so hubby is going to wing stop to pick up some wings and such.
Back later.
Thanks again.
Andrew H. Giuliani
@AndrewHGiuliani
Soros funded DA now questioning Costello about an email from Jeffrey Citron, one of Costello’s law partners, to Michael Cohen.
ADA is trying to push Costello to say that he wanted to represent Cohen and he pursued him out of desire for high profile cases.
Rudy Giuliani wasn’t involved in representing President Trump at that time.
Soros funded DA’s office says but a few days later Rudy Giuliani was announced to represent President Trump. Costello reiterates but not at the time.
Costello says he did not want Cohen as a client when asked by the ADA if he was motivated to represent a high profile client.
Soros funded DA’s office now asking about the meeting on April 17, 2018 at the Regency Hotel.
There is a back and forth with Costello between who initiated the meeting, Costello’s law partner, Citron, or convicted felon, Michael Cohen.
Costello continues answering from Soros funded DA’s office about April 17th meeting at the Regency. Costello says Cohen was, “suicidal that day, pacing back and forth. He was manic.”
Cohen said to Costello two nights before that he couldn’t handle the pressure and was thinking about jumping off the roof and killing himself.
Soros funded ADA asking Costello about the lawyer Cohen ended up going with. Costello answers Guy Patrillo.
(This is when Cohen “flipped” for the Mueller investigation)
ADA stops questioning. Merchan asks lawyers to approach.
We are breaking for the rest of the day. Merchan is giving the jury their instructions.
The jury has left, Merchan has dismissed Bob Costello from the witness stand. He is exiting stage right.
Costello obviously has mastery of the courtroom and this could affect the jury.
Blanche gets up and makes the case that the case should be DISMISSED.
Mr. Cohen on the stand admitted that the business records were not falsified.
There’s no other evidence that the invoices were mishandled.
Also there is no evidence of any intent of fraud by President Trump with these filings.
Blanche: the idea that there would be any intent of fraud by President Trump, which the President signed in the White House, there is no record that President Trump had any intent of fraud.
Blanche DISMISSAL attempt continues:
Blanche: third, there are no other crimes in relation to this. There’s also no evidence that anyone was thinking about a campaign finance charge when Cohen and Weiselberg met. They met months after the election.
DISMISSAL ATTEMPT CONTINUES:
Blanche: At the end of the day, there is absolutely no evidence that David Pecker, Michael Cohen, President Trump, Dylan Howard or any of the other players that there was any attempt to violate a misdemeanor of state law that they never had any intent to break.
DISMISSAL ATTEMPT CONTINUES:
Blanche: As it relates to Ms. Daniels, AMI wanted nothing to do with it. As it comes to a catch and kill, AMI jumped out of that alleged conspiracy.
There is simply no evidence of any criminal intent and for that reason, this case should be dismissed.
DISMISSAL ATTEMPT CONTINUES:
There is no way that this court can let this verdict go to the jury on Mr. Cohen’s testimony. He lied under oath and he lied to this court.
Blanche now highlighting the October 24, 2016, 8:02pm call and how Cohen changed his testimony.
Merchan clarifies that Trump team wants him to consider that Cohen, as a witness, is so not credible that he takes decision, out of the hands of the jury.
DISMISSAL ATTEMPT CONTINUES:
Blanche said that Cohen irrefutably lied under oath.
Merchan interupts: so you think he irrefutably lied under oath and you think that it’ll fool 12 New Yorkers?
Merchan asks now to hear from the Soros funded DA’s office.
DISMISSAL ATTEMPT CONTINUES:
Matthew Colangelo, the former Biden Justice Department Senior Official pushing back on all points that Blanche, Trump’s attorney made, trying to make the case to (what has been the obviously biased) Judge Merchan, to not dismiss the case.
Blanche back up: False filings on AMI records does not constitute a criminal conspiracy
At the end of the day you have a books and records violation, where you have a legal expense that’s false, allegedly. It’s hard to imagine, how was it supposed to be booked? It was a legal expense.
Now on Cohen: The exacting testimony about particular conversations he had with President Trump, we never saw those. Apparently the people knew he was gonna do that, we were never provided notes on that.
Colangelo gets back up and says they gave hundreds of pages of notes to the defense.
DISMISSAL DECISION COMING…
Merchan said he is going to reserve the decision until tomorrow morning.
We are dismissed, not from the trial, but from the courtroom today until 9:30am tomorrow.

Programming note: It’s convention time again, this time in Florida with the Florida Parent Educators Association (FPEA) at Kissimmee. I have a funny but long story about Kissimmee for another time. IN POLITICAL NEWS
1) A longtime DemoKKKrat operative from Benghazi-by-the-Lake faces a lifetime in jail for racketeering. Now do Botoxic.
2) This Rutabaga staffer abruptly resigned, saying she could no longer serve in the administration. Maybe that’s because the demented dogturd said he was veep in 2020.
3) President Trump will hold his first New York rally since 2016, but in anticipation there was already a rally in the Bronx that brought out thousands. Meanwhile a new CBS poll has President Trump up 5 in AZ and 9 in FL, with illegal criminal aliens a major issue (psst: abortion ain’t moving the dials). President Trump has a 6- point lead on the economy (”cares for my economic situation”) but a 10 point lead among those who say Trump “cares a lot.” Unfortunately, the same poll has El Pollo Gallego up 13 over Kari Lake in the senate race. This discrepancy has left some DemoKKKrat minioniods not believing polls either. Gooooood.
4) The above mentioned discrepancy is leading other DemoKKKrats to worry about turnout.
5) A top DemoKKKrat Silicon Valley Jewish donor has switched and is now funding President Trump, while GOP Jewish groups emergized their fundraising for the President.
6) The Hill, a DemoKKKrat mouthpiece, admits vulnerable DemoKKKrats are “separating” themselves from Rutabaga. This tells you three important things. First, they know he is losing bad. Second, they know he is the candidate and cannot be replaced. Third, they know they can’t steal it again.
7) Meanwhile, per a message from Seth Keshel (@RealSKeshel) New Hamphire-—yet another state Rutabaga needs to hold to even hope for 270-—is now R +5 and the Rs have a lead of 44,000 after DemoKKKrats led by 87,000 in 2020. GOP Chairwoman Lara Trump confirmed as much by saying the competitive map is spreading past MN and VA-—likely NH, NM, and ME. Perhaps this is why the latest Harvard/Harris poll shows Trump beating Rutabaga like he was the Phoenix Suns in the playoffs: 49-43%, with leaners Trump is at 53%, and in two of the three scenarios involving a conviction in the cases, Trump wins one (still), ties one (still), and only loses by 1 in the third.
8) I been sayin’ it and sayin’ it. The Hamas Murder Pirate protesters are steadily expanding their terror methods, now camping on the front lawn of a University of Michigan regent.
9) New Kabul (NYC) has its lowest numbers of police officers since 1990, despite a larger population and more crime. In it’s counterpart, Benghazi-by-the-Lake (Chicago) there were 45 shot and one killed over the weekend.
10) In the Hoax trial by Boast ‘n’ Bragg his star witness Michael (the Rat) Cohen admitted to stealing money from President Trump.
11) A Viagra firm is offering an Ozempic variant. So now you can get an erection and diarrhea at the same time. How do you sit on the toilet?
IN ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN NEWS
12) President Trump’s advisors reveal plans for deporting 20 million illegal criminal invaders. Folks, if you want to see the economy just explode, get rid of the illegal invaders and watch Americans go to work.
13) A D.C. judge ruled against Botoxic (Nancy Pelosi) and said the Capitol steps are indeed a free speech zone.
IN CULTURAL NEWS
14) From the great Ryan Burge, the “nones” (no religious affiliation have indeed peaked and are no longer rising, even in Gen X and Gen Z..
IN TRANSOID NEWS
15) Suicides are up 1,200% among transoids. You know, cuz “gender affirming care” is so good on the personality.
IN ECONOMIC NEWS
16) Wind power guzzles economic resources and raw materials like nothing else. Just look at what is involved in the foundation of one of these monstrosity windmills-—then imagine having to dig them all up in 20 years, which we will have to do.
17) Property insurance in the hurricane/tornado alley called Florida are now driving nursing homes out of bidiness.
18) The EV bloodbath continues: Tesla cut another 600 jobs.
19) A Minnesota bill trying to tackle soaring rents fails cuz it will not allow renters to boot evictees.
20) The sentiment for home buying neared an all times low.
21) Oh? Rutabaga has started subsidizing uranium?
22) Price inflation has sent high-end shoppers to Wal-Mart.
IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS
23) Truly sad news as Iran’s president and foreign minister are “missing” after a “hard landing.” A search (for body parts?) is on. Could this be our Israeli friends thanking them for the Ap. 14 drone attack? (UPDATE per Israeli media: THEY B DAID).
24) Three U.S. citizens were arrested in the Congo as being CIA agents.
25) Wait, I thought only our Congress got into these floorfights with Occasional Cortex and MTG? A brawl broke out on the floor of the Taiwanese parliament.
26) Was the hit on the Slovakian PM due to his comments last month about refusing to support Ukraine any longer?

28) Julian Assange won a victory in which a court allowed him an appeal of his extradition to the U.S.
29) The Russkie economy grew at 5.4% last quarter, or more than double the rate of the U.S. and above that of Chy-na as of the last stats I saw.
30) There is a global EV disaster as ports fill up with thousands of unwanted ChiCom electric cars that no one wants. Meanwhile idiotic net zero rules are destroying the Euro auto market. Gee, maybe GM and Ford can make a comeback if they focus on gas.
31) The UN says 800,000 Palestinians have evacuated Rafa. Common sense. It’s about to be flattened. Maybe because the UNRWA “relief organization” is stealing aid.
32) Japan has rejected the WHO treaty.
33) My favorite lib, Noah Smith, pulls back the curtain on the crumbling Chy-na economy. They have a massive overproduction problem and at some point the chickens will come home to roost.
34) The Euros are flirting with a return to the Dark Ages, as they unveil a new “superturbine” that will use hydrogen. I’m a big hydrogen fan, having worked on the X-30 hydrogen powered experimental plane (that didn’t work), but it ain’t ready, as the Euros will soon discover.
35) “I’m single, childless, and alone.” Throughout the west this is the lament of many women who drank the feminist kool aide.
IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS
36) Director Oliver Stone, who once called President Trump “Mad King Lear,” says the trials against him are “a new form of warfare,” . . . “Lawfare.”
37) “Yellowstone” resumed filming for its 5th and final season.
38) Peter Jackson is working on a new “Lord of the Rings,” presumably with extensive Hobbit walking. They get in their 10,000 steps a day fo sho.
IN CHINA VIRUS NEWS
39) Really? The Supes ruled that the University of Colorado China Virus vax mandate was unconstitutional. Gee, they finally figured that out?
40) A New Jersey court threw out all 80 charges against gym owner Ian Smith, who resisted Governor Phil Murphy’s idiotic lockdown law. Now, how does Murphy get reimbursed for the seized gym assets and lost business?
41) More pigs are flying as ex-CDC director Robert Redfield said “it’s high time to admit significant side effects” of the China Virus vax.
AND FINALLY . . .
42) The most common baby names were Liam and Olivia. Well, thank God it’s not Adolf, Vladimir, Grizelda, Cankles, or Mohammed yet.
News for them. GOD WINS!

Here are RPOTUS’ departure remarks for all FRiends with transcript.
Thanks for bringing us The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow.
Always enjoy it.
Thank you, dear Edie.
Nice timing ... your transcript appeared just as Greta opened with RPOTUS speaking, after the sham court day.
Unbelievable .... she just showed a list of countries, including the US, who offered official condolences for the “Butcher of Tehran”.
Like Greta says ... this is UNTHINKABLE.
