I’m suspicious of any debate happening. I read, believe it was Truth Social, that President Trump wants drug testing just right before the debates. He is also willing to be tested.
If Biden refuses, it looks bad. If Biden sets up impossible demands about drug testing, it looks bad. If Biden tests and its shown the cocktail he’s on, its really bad. These debates might be the vehicle the enemy will use to replace Biden? Hard telling but don’t see how Joe beats this one.

The Trump Show Trial continues today when convicted felon, Michael Cohen retakes the stand.
Even some of the biggest Leftist outlets, @CNN & @MSNBC have admitted that Cohen’s testimony has been a complete disaster for the Soros Funded District Attorney, Alvin Bragg.
Let’s see if Todd Blanche can catch Cohen perjuring himself AGAIN!?!

President Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States and the leading candidate to become the 47th President of the United States has entered the courtroom.
President Trump is joined by his legal defense team, including Todd Blanche, Emil Bove and Susan Necheles as well as his second born son, @EricTrump, @AlinaHabba, @AlanDersh among others including senior advisors @BorisEP & @NatalieJHarp!
The Soros funded DA’s office is in the courtroom.
Merchan has entered the courtroom and as has been his custom, when Todd Blanche introduced his client as “President Trump”, Merchan said “Good morning MR. Trump”.
Merchan making the point on scheduling that summations will not be until next week. On Thursday, Merchan had told the defense and prosecution to prepare for Summations, or Closing Arguments, by this Tuesday, but it has become apparent that it will not be ready to be wrapped up by then.
Remember, the Trump Defense has yet to call a witness, it is still the Soros Funded DA’s office calling witnesses at this point.Soros funded DA is objecting to a piece of evidence, an email between Jeff Citron & Bob Costello to Mr. Cohen, about how their meeting with convicted felon, Michael Cohen, went. DA argues it shouldn’t be admissible b/c its opinion.
Todd Blanche saying this is important because it directly contrasts what Mr. Cohen said happened in this meeting.
Merchan is interrupting Blanche on this and rules with the DA.
Blanche showing examples of similar emails that the people let in (here-say) to help the DA make their case.
Merchan says it’s double here-say and he will not allow it.
Blanche asking if he can show Cohen privately to refresh the witness on this, saying the jury has a right to see how Cohen reacts to this.
Merchan again is not going to allow it…(another ruling for the Soros funded DA’s office by Merchan).
Merchan ruling on another motion, this time by the Trump Defense team, about the scope of what their technical witness can testify to.
This “Judge” had no problem allowing his courtroom to turn into a circus, allowing Stormy Daniels to talk about sex, the Access Hollywood transcript to be read and Michael Cohen to likely perjure himself in his courtroom, but when the Trump Defense team tries to call their first witness, Merchan puts huge handcuffs on them!
Emil Bove made it clear that Merchan has significantly restricted them in what their first witness can testify to. Remember, this is a technical expert on the definitions of Campaign Finance Laws, not opinion.
Matt Colangelo, former Biden Justice Department senior official, who took an unprecedented demotion to become an ADA to try this case.
My opinion: THIS JUDGE IS CORRUPT! Stormy can talk about paranormal activity all day long and Cohen can lie his face off, but as soon as the Trump team tries to present a technical witness to show that the Soros funded prosecutors don’t actually have an underlying crime that they are charging President Trump with, he says No!
Now we are taking a short 10 minute break per Merchan…we will start around 9:30am EST.

Michael Cohen, convicted felon, perjurer of the United States Congress and serial liar has entered the courtroom, stage right.
Cohen walks behind President Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States and the leading candidate to become the 47th President of the United States, and makes a left turn, walks about 10 feet, moves slightly right and button hooks to take his chair on the stand.
Merchan wished Mr. Cohen a good morning and reminded him that he is still under oath. Cohen surprisingly did not respond, “I do not recall.”
The jury has reentered the courtroom, the cross examination of serial liar Michael Cohen by Trump Defense Attorney Todd Blanche will continue now…
Blanche starts of asking Cohen how many reporters he talked to about the case since Thursday.
Cohen says he didn’t speak to any reporters about the case, he just spoke to them to say “HELLO”.
Blanche pointed out how many times Cohen had met with the Soros funded DA this year, Cohen and Blanche agreeing that its close to 20 times. They were over hour long meetings, some over two hours!
Blanche now asking if he prepared before Cohen testified in front of Congress. Cohen says yes.
Blanche now asking if he met with Dan Goldman before his testimony. Cohen agrees. When asked Cohen said they met twice. Blanche gets Cohen to admit that one of the times he prepped with Dan Goldman, Cohen eventually lied to Congress.
Blanche going back to testimony last week that convicted felon Michael Cohen said that the Daniels issue was of paramount urge.
Blanche now getting Cohen to admit that he was dealing with the Taxi Medallion business at the time as well as a Real Estate Deal with his brother in October of 2016 with his brother.
Blanche asks about the National Diversity Coalition and getting the endorsement of a family member of Dr. King. Cohen says that was going on.
Blanche asks if Cohen worked with Pecker on another issue.
Cohen also remembers helping Tiffany Trump out with extortion pictures and working with Pecker on it.
Blanche bringing up harassing phone calls that nailed Cohen last time.

Blanche reminded Cohen what he testified to last week with regards to what Cohen said about the October 24, 2016 call at 8:02pm, the 96 second call that Cohen has altered his testimony, some might say perjured himself. Let’s see if Blanche follows up on this point in particular.

Trump defense attorney Blanche now questioning serial liar Michael Cohen about Redfin.
Blanche gets Cohen to admit that he never gave the money to Redfin, the $60,000. Cohen admits that he “stole” this money from the Trump Organization.
WOW!!! Another bomb from Blanche a Cohen. Cohen admits to stealing $60,000 from Donald Trump on the stand, and that he was never prosecuted for it!!!
Cohen credibility is in what appears to be an endless downward spiral!
Blanche again points out in questioning that there was never a retainer agreement in any of the work that convicted felon did for Donald Trump, the Trump Organization or the Trump family. This is (Psaki) circling back (although far more effectively than the former Press Sec) on testimony last week that Cohen gave last week that Blanche was able to expose.
The Soros funded DA’s office attempted in questioning to make it look nefarious that there was no retainer, and Blanche in crossed showed that it was standard procedure for Cohen.
Blanche now getting Cohen to admit that he told many different media outlets about his role as Personal Attorney to the President of the United States, including TMZ, Sean Hannity, The NY Times, and other outlets.
Blanche puts up as an exhibit, an email that Cohen sent to the entire Trump Organization on 1/27/2017 announcing his excitement that he would be Personal Attorney to the President.
