Cohen is back in and the jury is back in as well.
First question from the Soros funded DA’s office is about the photo, Cohen confirms.
ADA asks if he talked about the call on October 24th, asking if he talked about Stormy Daniels to Mr. Trump. Cohen says yes.
ADA asks how many times he talked to Mr. Trump in October of 2016 about Stormy. Cohen says about 20 times.
Note: This is tough to believe considering Cohen changed his testimony, likely perjuring himself with regard to the October 24, 2016 call that lasted 96 seconds.
There is an audio file that the Soros funded DA is playing for convicted felon Michael Cohen. Technical difficulty hence the short break…
We’re back, and we will hear the audio clip: It’s a call between former Stormy Daniels attorney, Keith Davidson and convicted felon Michael Cohen.
Cohen telling Davidson that he’s thinking about going rogue. “Nobody is thinking about Michael.”
“What about me”
Schiller is barely responding.
Cohen says: “we did it.”
Serial liar Michael Cohen says the “we did it” refers to the fact that they made the payment to Stormy Daniels, when questioned by the Soros funded District Attorney.
Cohen now trying to get sympathy from the jury by telling them again that his life was turned upside down since cooperating with Robert Mueller.
ADA is done, back to Blanche cross.
Blanche starts by asking about the consequences of your conduct, saying that it is partially President Trump’s fault that he lost his law license.
Blanche: When you are convicted of a felony, not matter the felony, you loose your law license, is that not correct?
Cohen: That’s correct.
Blanche: but you still blame Mr. Trump?
Cohen: Correct
Blanche now asking convicted felon Cohen about a waiver he signed about Costello, confirming that he signed off on waiving the attorney-client privilege for Costello.
Blanche shows the waiver document.
Blanche working to catch Cohen on why he waived the attorney-client privilege. Blanche shows that Cohen is evasive at the best and still potentially lying at worst.
Blanche now emphasizing that Cohen is still testifying that during that 96 second call on October 24th, 2016 with Keith Schiller, Cohen is still testifying that both the 14 year old incident was discussed with Schiller along with the Stormy Daniels payment with Trump.
Cohen affirms that after never mentioning the other incident when first being questioned by the Soros funded DA’s office.
WRAPPING UP MICHAEL COHEN
Blanche asking Cohen: of all the time you worked for President Trump of anytime, except for the alleged $420K payment, he overpaid for anything?
Cohen: No, that was the first time?
Blanche: So you’re saying the first time you saw him overpay was when he reimbursed you?
Cohen: That’s correct
Blanche: I have no further questions
The DA’s office has no further questions for Michael Cohen. The convicted felon is dismissed. He steps down off the witness stand, walking just by President Donald J. Trump, never attempting to look at him, making a right turn behind where the President is seated and disappearing stage right.
The Soros funded District Attorney’s office has no further witnesses to call.

President Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States will now have the opportunity to call witnesses.
Blanche first calls his paralegal: Daniel Sitko.
Sitko is testifying to call records, specifically between Bob Costello and perjurer of Congress, Michael Cohen.
He is testifying, with the assistance of phone records about the 48th call between Cohen and Costello.
Blanche makes the point that Cohen and Costello spoke regularly, which is in direct contrast to what Cohen testified to early last week when first questioned by the prosecution. After 7 or 8 questions, Blanche has no more questions for Sitko and the Soros funded DA’s office will now question Blanche’s paralegal.
My Michael Cohen note: We all knew going into his testimony that he had little credibility, but the serial liar was a complete disaster for the Soros funded DA’s office. To ice it all off, it is reasonably certain that he perjured himself!
ADA now asking Sitko about phone records about the 75 times that Cohen and Costello called each other.
Asking if there could have been pocket dials. Sitko says yes.
Robert Costello is now being called to the stand!
Robert Costello has now been called to the stand!
Defense just called Robert Costello to the stand and there was a gasp in the room.
Before Costello enters the courtroom, the lawyers are having a pow-wow around Merchan. What is being discussed is a mystery at this present time.
Judge apologizes to the jury but he asks them to step outside for a few minutes. Jury is exiting the courtroom, briefly.
The Soros funded ADA is objecting to the scope of what Costello can testify to, saying that Costello should only be asked TWO questions.
Let’s see what Merchan does here. We know he rules almost all the time with the Prosecution…
Emil Bove is pointing out to Merchan that Costello will testify that there was no pressure campaign, in direct contrast to what Cohen testified to, and the basis of this case that the Soros funded DA has presented to the jury.
Merchan is pushing back on Bove now…this sadly is predictable and consistent with what Merchan has done the entire trial.
Bove saying part of what Mr. Costello is going to do is testify that some of what Cohen said at this trial was false.
Bove cites Cohen committing perjury, Soros funded DA interupts. Merchan says he’s going to take five minutes & “don’t leave the courtroom.”
Judge says Bove can have some latitude in questioning Cohen. It is somewhat narrowing, but it should also be narrowing for the Prosecution as well.
Now we await Robert Costello to take the stand…
Entering the courtroom, stage right is Mr. Robert Costello, he walks behind President Donald J. Trump making a left turned, walking ten more feet or so and making a button hook to sit on the witness stand.
Costello is wearing what appears to be a black (maybe navy blue) suit with a blue tie.
Trump Defense Attorney Emil Bove asking Costello where he works and his experience. Costello says he was an assistant US Attorney in the Southern District and ran the Criminal Division.
Bove asks if he knows Cohen.
After establishing further, Bove asks if it was understood that the attorney-client privilege was in affect for that meeting.
Simultaneously, Costello says yes as the ADA objects. The judge sustains and asks to strike it from the record.
Costello answers to Bove: I explained to Michael Cohen the entire legal problem he has would be solved if he told the truth to the Southern District of New York.
Costello says Cohen: “I swear to God, Bob I don’t have anything on Donald Trump.”
After an objection by the Soros funded DA’s office that is sustained by Merchan, the lawyers are told to approach.
While this is going on Costello seems to say into a hot mic:
“Ridiculous!”
Bove back, Costello says that Cohen said at their meeting that Donald Trump had no awareness of the Stormy Daniels repayment and that Cohen said he made the payment on his own.
Bove: Rudy Giuliani come up at this meeting?
Costello: His name came up briefly, just that I was a student assistant of his.
Now an email exhibit up from Michael Cohen to Costello that says:
Robert,
Great news for Rudy. I know I owe you a call. I have been working with lawyers all day and just now am coming up for air. I will try you tomorrow.
Michael D. Cohen, Esq.
Personal Attorney to President Donald J. Trump
After a few more sustained objections by the Merchan, Costello says, “Jeez” rather loudly.
Merchan said, “Excuse me?”
Costello apologizes.
