That’s likely not how they see it in Iran.
Their is a steep learning curve with events like this. The first IEDs in Iraq were mostly ineffective as well.
The question is how to prevent Iran from doing this again?
I imagine Israel will figure that out.
Iran just stole all the attention from Gaza with their failed attack. Gaza propagandists whining already that Iran screwed up since the attack was a flop.
