I’m in Nj too and felt it. Books were knocked off the shelves. No major damage here...so far

Must be kind of small. I literally got on here and first 2 threads were EARTHQUAKE NE at same time. I’m in MD and no feeling.

Does that qualify as an earthquake is diverse places? That’s rarity, right?

We felt it too - wow - my dog came running into my bedroom upset and then the noise and shaking started. She must have felt it coming before I did. Pretty freaked about it. Very unusual for our area!

Tremor also came through Southern Connecticut - a good ten seconds. No damage but a lot of people are going to be rattled (pun intended) as we are not used to that around here.

I was in my car (sitting at beach, car off)- and either didn’t feel it, or thought that a car drove by and caused a slight shake- but I certainly didn’t notice it if it did.
