Michigan Poll Shows Trump Leading Biden as Voters Express Support for Mass Deportation of Illegal Aliens

Former President Donald Trump has the edge on President Joe Biden in the critical swing state of Michigan, according to a Spry Strategies poll, continuing a trend in the Wolverine State that has persisted for months.

The poll, released Tuesday night, also finds that most voters in the state back mass deportation of illegal aliens.

In a head-to-head matchup with Biden, Trump leads 48 percent to 43.7 percent. Another 8.3 percent of respondents were unsure or did not have an opinion on who they would back if the election were today.

Trump maintains an advantage over Biden in a race with independent Robert F. Kennedy Jr., but by a closer margin. He takes 43 percent of support, followed by Biden at 39.8 percent. Kennedy Jr. lands in third place with 8.8 percent, while 3.8 percent would vote for “another candidate.” Just 4.6 percent of likely voters are undecided in this scenario.

Spry Strategies also gauged issue importance to voters, finding that when combined, economic issues lead the way. More than a third of respondents said either cost of living (20.8 percent) or the economy generally (16.4 percent) were the top issues to them.

Abortion received the second-highest response at 21 percent, while illegal immigration registered as the next highest-rated top issue for voters at 14.6 percent.

My ancestors settled here in Michigan in the 1800s and I was born here. In 2020 I was part of the Trump primary victory and the vital 10,400 vote margin to win Michigan in November, 2020. Out of millions.

I just cannot believe Trump could be ahead in these polls.
I realize outside my 4 county southeastern region there are good people outstate but so many in the state are consummately evil and will vote Dem all the way all the time.

Example: Aside from Biden carrying Michigan and the governor,sec. of state, AG and the state House and the state Senate and both US senators (for decades now), when Proposal 3 was on a peitition drive (full unfettered abortion rights)
the petition signatures were quickly secured in record time:

“Detroit News,Lansing — A ballot committee seeking to enshrine the right to abortion in the Michigan Constitution turned in 753,759 signatures Monday, a record amount that exceeds the state-mandated signature tally by more than 300,000.”
“Proposal 3 provides for a state constitutional right to reproductive freedom defined as “the right to make and effectuate decisions about all matters relating to pregnancy, including but not limited to prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, contraception, sterilization, abortion care, miscarriage management, and infertility care.”

Then the proposal passed
2,482,382 to 1,898,906 (56.66% Yes, 43.34% No) in November, 2022.

I go a long time between running into another good person. Lost of bad Dems around.

Example: I was checking out books including one by Ted Cruz at Barnes and Noble. The elderly clerk said in a whisper “I like to see someone still likes the right side.” Then “I have to keep quiet because I could get canceled here. All the staff is on the Left but me.”

*************””

The 2024 election is headed towards a Trump victory and the naysayers and pearl clutchers don’t know what they’ll do after this happens.

They’ve been sold on a huge victory for Biden because of Trump’s supposed flaws.

Unfortunately for them, after November 5, 2024 Biden will be out and Trump will be in.

Mass deportations sounds like a super idea.
Is it doable, though? I don’t mean logistically. But politically.
Or will it be like “Build the Wall”?
What a country. / sarc

I agree with you, every single 2020 Biden voter I know is planning to vote for Biden again.

It’s not those that actually vote for Biden that are the concern but the harvested votes brought in by the box full-watch 2,000 mules, Trump needs to be way ahead if close they can win by cheating

The facts contradict what you’re claiming. Turnout was extremely low in Milwaukee and Madison and Biden still got more votes than Trump.

“I just cannot believe Trump could be ahead in these polls.”

If they say he’s up by 5, he’s probably up by 10.

I just cannot believe Trump could be ahead in these polls.

Why not? Trump has been leading in virtually every swing state poll for the last six months.

Trump is in a much stronger position now than at anytime in 2016 or 2020. However, this is not a time for complacency.

I am concerned that while Donald Trump will be elected in a popular vote and electoral vote landslide, the then Democrat-Controlled House will refuse to accept his election.

This will trigger a Constitutional Crisis which could trigger a Second Civil War…with China, Russia and Iran gathering to consume the fragments.

Wish I knew some good people.
All the ones near me are in the category of

Romans 3:10-12

“There is no one righteous, not even one;
there is no one who understands;
there is no one who seeks God.
All have turned away,
they have together become worthless;
there is no one who does good,
not even one.”

Sad, but true about a lot of places. Washington DC is filled with people like that.
