The advocacy group Republican Voters Against Trump announced a new six-figure campaign highlighting former Vice President Mike Pence‘s refusal to endorse former President Donald Trump in his 2024 campaign.
The 15-second digital ad is set to run in five battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, while the billboard campaign will be featured in Phoenix, Atlanta, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Milwaukee.
“This is someone who worked with Donald Trump all four years of his presidency. He saw Donald Trump up close and personal every single day,” said John Conway, the group’s director of strategy, in an interview with the Washington Examiner, “and his refusal to endorse Donald Trump should sound the alarm for other voters in the country that Donald Trump is unfit to be president again.”
The group is supported by the Republican Accountability PAC, which has opposed Trump’s bid for another four years in the White Office.
“Mike Pence knows Donald Trump better than anyone else, and he knows how dangerous a second Trump administration would be,” says a narrator in the ad before a clip shows Pence saying he won’t endorse his former running mate.
The former vice president announced last week that he could not support Trump, citing “profound differences” with his one-time boss. “It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year,” Pence told Fox News’s Martha MacCallum.
Pence remains the most prominent Republican not to back Trump after he became the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.
“Mike Pence joins the ever-growing coalition of Republican Voters Against Trump,” said Gunner Ramer, political director of Republican Voters Against Trump, in a statement. “Pence served as Trump’s vice president for four years. But even he recognizes who Trump really is: A threat to our democracy who is unfit for office. Pence is putting country over party, and we are going to make sure persuadable voters are aware of his decision.”
Other prominent Republicans who have not endorsed him include former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Susan. Collins (R-ME), and former Secretary of Defense under Trump Mark Esper.
Republican Voters Against Trump announced a $50 million campaign against Trump last week, which will tout video testimonials from voters who previously backed Trump but have refused to support him again.
The ads will also be shown in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin with the hope of convincing enough centrists and independents away from the former president.
“Mike Pence is being courageous. He’s putting country over party. We wanted to make sure that voters across the country know that Mike Pence won’t be endorsing Donald Trump this year,” Conway said. “And so we’re elevating his voice, alongside the voices of everyday Republican voters from across the country who will be doing the same thing.”
This POS must have been caught with a live boy. That being said, he won’t swing 1 vote and he’ll die a bitter, reviled, recluse.
Pence is no social conservative.
One of the first signs of that was his rapid rewrite of Indiana’s marriage defense law after Apple CEO Tim Cook (a homosexual) threatened the state economically.
Now? How about in 2021?
No. RINOs are ideologically on the left.
People can have personal values that do not match their public actions. Mostly because they will never have to deal with the consequences of those public actions.
People who are for "gun control" but have body guards.
People who say we should euthanize the elderly but keep their own family members alive.
People who talk about how marriage is just a "piece of paper" but spend a million dollars on their offspring's wedding.
“I know we all have got our doubts about the last election. I want to assure you that I share the concerns of millions of Americans about voting irregularities. I promise you, come this Wednesday, we will have our day in Congress!”Wow, you sure stuck a sock in that voice two days later, didn’t you. When we do finally “have our day in Congress” as you put it, you are going to be on the opposite side and it will not be comfortable for you . . .

Everyone involved in this needs to get beaten badly with a baseball bat. These are horrible sh*tty people, and they deserve physical pain for engaging in this horrible and pointless effort to deny America a decent president.
What you are demonstrating here is the double standard, rather than personal values which are always reflected in actions.
Pence and his friends, for all intents and purposes, are democRATS through and through.
“How things went down *between* them...” might have been a better way of phrasing it. My apologies. Obviously, there’s bad blood. There was also bad blood between Bill Clinton and Al Gore on the way out the door in 2001. It happens between presidents and VPs.
As Dec ‘24 was an unprecedented situation, I think reasonable people could disagree over the question of whether Pence had the power as VP to halt the process. If Pence on principle honestly disagreed with Trump on that one issue, so be it. But it’s not fine for him to campaign for the re-election of Joe Biden who is destroying this country. If Pence doesn’t want to endorse Trump because they hate each other, fine, who cares. But to actively campaign for Biden’s re-election? That’s an entirely different level of perfidy. Pence would favor the destruction of the country due to a personal grudge? That’s ego and spite.
Mike Pence has not been a “good Christian man” since he started stabbing Donald Trump in the back with nasty comments. We don’t call him “Judas” Pence for nothing.
I put a quote from Pence from January 4, 2021 in post 27. Just another example of his two-facedness; he was acting exactly like he did have ability to put a stop to things then, did he not? instead of what he actually did. So when he claims he had no power but instead was instructed by the Constitution to act as a rubber stamp (no such things are mandated by the Constitution), I automatically believe the opposite.
can’t RNC sue Pence since he signed that pledge to get on their debate stage?
The narrator needs to do a 180 on that comment. It is obvious that VP Pence hasn't a clue.
Did Pence sit down to appear in the ad or they are using his video from prior remarks?
Regardless, the attempted effect is the same. “Republican Voters against Trump” - so let’s get more far left judges on the bench for decades, more disasters like Afghanistan, make buying food even less affordable, have the borders wide open to help the sex slave trade, violent criminal cartels, fentanyl pushers permanently destroying families and communities, etc. all flourish and make our country and the world a much more dangerous place for many years go come and leave all of that to our children and grandchildren. Classy people, these “Republican voters against Trump”
This is unprecedented in the 250 year history of the Republic. A former VP campaigning against his old President boss just 8 years later.
