After almost two weeks of uncertainty, Burke edged out Clayton Harris III for the nomination, with mail ballots tallied Friday sealing the most hotly contested race of the primary a full 10 days after the polls closed. The Associated Press called the race over — and the two candidates agreed.

Eileen O'Neill Burke has promised to start prosecuting retail thefts once again in a departure from the policies of Kim Foxx, a "let them go" Soros funded prosecutor.
I was convinced they were going to steal the election for Harris. They only needed to print up 1700 votes for the win.
Why didn’t they steal it? Too much scrutiny? Saving it for Biden 2024?
I am just glad Chicago will have a tough-on-crime attorney. Of course, she can’t do a thing about cashless bail or force woke judges to sentence appropriately instead of slapping the wrists of criminals.
At least it is a start with an attorney who is willing to prosecute crimes. Hooray for the Chicago suburban voters who are waking up a little bit and realizing their past voting patterns are a big part of the problem.
Keep counting newly-found mail-in ballots until the communist wins. Simple.
My instincts tell me that the Machine did try to steal the primary election, but Burke performed so well that that the thieves underestimated the number of votes needed to cover.
Burke also had experienced watchers stationed at the Board of Elections to check every late ballot.
Earlier this week, the Board of Elections found an additional 10,000 ballots that were omitted from an accounting of vote by mail ballots. Nevertheless, these votes were not enough.
Officially, Eileen O’Neill Burke won by only 1,555 votes in the entire county. My guess is that her real margin was much greater, but the numbers were doctored.
Grew up in the Chicago burbs.
By the time I was in the 3rd grade I knew dead people voted!!
That was 60 years ago!
Clayton Harris III has conceded the election to Burke.
I knew it! Harris is black...the rats favorite communists.
Fortunately not all of them....lots of blacks are waking up. The rats are behind the curve.
I’m shocked!
Tomorrow’s headline:
“Harris un-concedes, miraculously finds 10,000 more uncounted ballots under his bed”
They are still voting too. They also voted against Nixon and got JFK in. Most consistent voters in the country. /s
They have been stealing elections in Chicago for 150 years.
A whole LOT of Americans are watching with critical and professional eyes.
blue cities have the ballot fraud down to a science
voters cannot vote their way out
They "found" an extra 10,000 mail-ins that were heavily weighted for Harris, but it wasn't enough. It would have been too much for them to have "found" another stack of mail-ins. This was, after all, a contest between two Democrats, and the last thing they want is for a Democrat who has been blatantly cheated to make a stink about it all through the summer.
THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT VOTE EARLY. WAIT UNTIL ELECTION DAY. Otherwise, the bastards know how many cheat-by-mail-ins they need.
Incredible. I thought the SOP was to count until you win.
Which makes one wonder...
If Chi-Town is so loony lib, why does Deep State have to steal its elections...?
I guess this will be a tough one for you Surrender Monkeys to talk away.
A WHITE Anglo female rodent that promises to prosecute criminals withstands to best cheating system the Democrat/communists have and wins.
I guess the rodent voter fraud system might not be so easy to turn on and off.
She beat a Black man with the implied message that his administration would be business as usual for the criminal turnstile courtrooms in Chicago.
Please don’t even try to say she was the preferred rodent establishment candidate.
Chicago is 58% Black and Hispanic and 42% White that dog won’t hunt.
