NewsNation host Chris Cuomo criticized NBC’s News’s decision to oust former Republican National Committee (RNC) Chair Ronna McDaniel as a paid contributor.
“How is this not a ‘[former President Trump] and his people tried to rig the election, we don’t want ‘em around,’” he said on his show “Cuomo” Tuesday. “‘Cause they’ve had plenty of Democrats on that said that Trump won because of Russian election interference.”
“Now, they didn’t do what Trump and his cronies did, but the idea that ‘This is so offensive, that we can’t even have someone who wants to discuss it,’” Cuomo continued.
McDaniel’s ouster followed pushback from the network’s staff over her hiring, including some on-air, because of her comments and role in Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. NBCU News Group Chair Cesar Conde announced the decision to cut ties with McDaniel in a Tuesday memo obtained by The Hill.
“No organization, particularly a newsroom, can succeed unless it is cohesive and aligned,” Conde wrote. “Over the last few days, it has become clear that this appointment undermines that goal.”

I watch the interview Tucker did with Cuomo. It was pretty good. Cuomo earned a bit of respect from me after watching it
I agree, it gave me a new understanding of his ideology.
I am glad you enjoyed it also
All part of the far-left’s WAR ON WOMEN. (Lesbians and Trannies Not Included).
I can just imagine what the people trying to sell ad time on the network are thinking. "We're going to halve our income with this one act of idiocy."
And their law department is probably drinking themselves into a stupor trying to forget what they know is coming down the legal road for NBC.
Did he used to play around and go to dinner with some fag named donna lime?
Who cares?
McDaniel’s hiring and firing were orchestrated together as a slap at conservatives.
Would he say it if still employed? Come on!
Cuomo the Chameleon in living color.
I wouldn’t call McDaniel a conservative. If anything, she is what we used to calla country club republican. What this should be is an object lesson to the rino wing of the GOP. They hate all of us.
Cuomo is earnest enough and tries to be even handed. But he is beholden to the opinions of his liberal peers, and in that regard is not a free man. He even admits to being envious of Carlson’s self-acceptance and indifference to societal pressures. He couldn’t believe that Carlson doesn’t care about what people say on twitter, for example.
“cohesive and aligned” = 100% in lockstep with the commie/demonrat agenda.
McDaniel should have realized she was being recruited as a propagandist when she accepted the job. The network just ended up doing what the media does and she should have expected it.
Tolerance is a one way street for Communists.
To any clear thinking person, it exposed the lack of organizational integrity at NBC. No normal person will take them seriously from now on.
Exactly. Very telling.
The “protesteth too much” on the part of lefty media is further evidence the steal waz real. McRomney fits right in.
Translation:
"No Marxist media mouthpiece can properly indoctrinate its audience unless it is cohesive and aligned with Marxist doctrine.""We didn't invite Ronna on board to offer alternative viewpoints but to scream venomous things about the ideology of people who want freedom (i.e., meritocracy)."
"She refused, so she's out."
I think Fredo is an appropriate nickname for him.
The MSM members are nothing but propaganda agents of the left (Marxists, Socialists, Communists), and as such they march in lockstep to the narrative they are given to promote. The structure of lies, distortions, and deception is at its most vulnerable state right now as much of it is being exposed to the American people. Having someone from the opposition, albeit one of suspect credentials, was a risk the principal agents weren’t willing to accept. Facts and truth are the left’s greatest enemy, and they couldn’t take a chance McDaniel might pass some along for their mindless minions to hear.
