The Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland which crosses the Patapsco River has reportedly Collapsed within the last few minutes after being Struck by a Large Container Ship

The ship hit one of the main supports. How could that happen by accident? You might mistake the height of the bridge and hit the span as you try to go under, but how do you hit a vertical support by accident?
Ship lights go out - presumably the terrorists taking over the ship. The lights come back on and the ship maneuvers to ram the bridge. Not an accident in my initial assessment. Let’s see how the media handles it.

No explosion on the loop I am seeing, and it doesn’t look like the FSK bridge.
Just read a comment on that link. Ship named after the artist Dali who painted “The Ship” and “Broken Bridge.”
Not far from this bridge is where Francis Scott Key observed the bombardment of Fort McHenry by the British in 1814.

Key was likely some six to eight miles from America’s Fort McHenry, which guarded against certain American defeat by protecting the entrance to Baltimore’s harbor. Superior British weapons pounded the fort from newly designed bomb ships anchored safely out of range of the fort’s own guns.
Yet Key rose on the morning of September 14, 1814 and through the lens of his spyglass saw his nation’s 15-star, 15-stripe flag waving defiantly over the fort. He was elated and relieved, certain that God had intervened. He spent the next two days waiting for the British to depart, when they would release him and his compatriots. Not seeing that either. I do think there is a huge spray of water from when the ship hits the bridge support. The bridge goes down a few seconds later.
THe elephant in the room question is :
Where is Singapore flagged Container ship “Dali?”
Fox News mentioned briefly tyat Dali put to sea and is in international waters , bound for Sri Lanka.( unverified)

Long version of the video looks like the ship steered into the bridge. Reports about a fire on the vessels prior may not be correct either.
