Ship lights go out - presumably the terrorists taking over the ship. The lights come back on and the ship maneuvers to ram the bridge. Not an accident in my initial assessment. Let’s see how the media handles it.

If the ship had simply continued on its course after the lights first go out, then it would have missed the bridge pier. Not likely to be enough current to affect a ship of that mass that quickly if it loses power? Hard to imagine why it would turn like that without some input, intended consequence or not.

Or, they lost power (which means, they lost navigation equipment), working on getting it back. Panic ensues, got power back (or maybe generators engaged) and lost it again. Could be terrorism, could be an old ship with lots of problems.

LOL! Your initial assessment? You mean the 20 second video you saw? You have NO idea what happened. Initial assessment, indeed.
