Hey, it's normal for RINOS to have Hissy-fits 8 or 9 months before a critical election. I'm starting to believe the Republicans might know how to govern but don't have a clue about bringing their views to the American people and uniting like the Democrats do.

We are better doing nothing except voting for a speaker than passing the left-wing agenda.

It is far more important to defeat bad bills than it is to pass “good” bills.

“I’m starting to believe the Republicans might know how to govern but don’t have a clue about bringing their views to the American people and uniting like the Democrats do.”

The problem is, RINOs don’t want to unite, except with democrats.

Why is it that we are always making the concessions to the Democrats? Every single time?

Mike Johnson has to go.

Abraham Lincoln replaced all of his Generals until he was able to find Grant.

The inability for the GOP to run a stable House will discourage support at the polls. Too bad Johnson took another huge crap on our future.

Hey, it's normal for RINOS to have Hissy-fits 8 or 9 months before a critical election.

Why do the Republicans have sub-names for their party, like GOPe, Rinos etc, where a percentage of the party always supports the Communist left?

Sounds like one big con job to me.

Wake up...We have the House alone...They have the Senate and the Presidency.

And like it or not...there are deadlines and consequences for shutting the government down.

Mike Johnson is doing a good job...and still has Ukraine at bay. And is still waiting for the Senate to put HR2 up for a vote.

Go after Biden and Schumer and stop going after the good guys...or pretty soon....we'll be all Dems.

It’s not a budget disagreement.

It’s an almost total abrogation of his oath of office and his responsibility to his constituents and the republican house members who made him Speaker.

Not to mention his dishonesty, rule breaking and working with democrats to pass a bill in spite of the wishes of the republican membership and his constituents.

Pushing omnibus bills through on short notice without allowing the required time for the members to review the bill and propose amendments is a standard democrat trick to push through policies that they know cannot stand on their own merit.

To have the republican Speaker conspire with democrats to push such a bill through is dishonest and a violation of the trust placed in him by constiuents and his fellow house republicans.

Right now, I have D+35 for the House in November.

If Johnson is kicked out by his own party, could be D+60.

Bad budget bill items can be deleted with a text editor.

The Democrats are not going to shut the government down over perversion funding.

“It’s just insanity” that there could be another push to oust a House speaker over a budget disagreement

Oh, if it were only the matter of a budget disagreement.

I’m really thinking that closing the government down (at least the senate and house) would have lasting positive benefits for the country.
