A TikTok influencer is advising illegal immigrants on how to 'invade' American homes and invoke squatter's rights, making it difficult for them to be removed from properties.
Moreno, alleging he has friends who 'have already taken about seven homes', argued the only way for migrants to not live in the streets or be a 'public burden' is to 'seize' and 'invade' abandoned properties.

Translation of the word bubble - "We can invade a house. What do you think about this new law?" I wonder what law he is referring to? And whatever happened to property rights in this country?

This will make institutional investors like Blackstone sell off all the tens of thousands of homes they’ve purchased in recent years.

they had better know what states will tolerate this because I have a feeling that if they try this anywhere but Colorado, Washington and other liberal states. They’ll find out that most folks aren’t going to care what the “laws” are....they’ll defend their property and remove them the old fashioned way via lead poisoning.

This is also standard appearance - bars on doors/windows, gates around property - and, has been, in border towns, for decades.
Now, it will become popular, all across the land, especially in these blue states.
Had a friend who was from S Africa (hubby is in oil and gas) who said this is also how they lived. With additional iron gates INSIDE their house, in bedroom hallway. 😱😱

That will be interesting. A lot of ‘squatting’ happens because the squatters had been living in the house with permission, in the beginning - either renting a room, acting as live-in help, etc.

They will be burdens on private citizens.

The reason we have legislatures is to make laws to protect citizens. This problem will be solved when some legislater makes it a crimes to be in a home that is not yours and without permission of the owner.
These people are NOT tenants and laws dealing with people who are late paying their rent do NOT apply..
Just make a new law and the cops will enforce ig. That’s how the system is set up.

Or make a law allowing citizens to shoot and kill the squatters. That law can be make too. Unless the Supreme Court says it’s unconstitutional to shoot and kill squatters, then they can just be arrested. Put it under self defense .. We pay for our representatives to MAKE LAWS. How hard is this to understand?
Do ‘the people’ have to hire lobbyists? Or pay off Hunter?
