AG Letitia James has warned she will start confiscating his wealth and property and selling it off.
AG Letitia James told ABC.
“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgement, then we will seek judgement enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC, according to the Daily Express and other outlets.
“We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers,” James said, “and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day,” she added, referring to a Trump-owned property near her office.
FOX News reported the tyrannical New York AG may start seizing President Trump’s property on Monday.

There are no victims. He paid back the loans. And yet for blatant political partisan reasons this man is about to be crushed financially. You don’t have to like Trump to look at it and say this isn’t fair. And I’m concerned just as an American that if that happens to him could that happen to me?

I read she has some questionable finances of her own so I would love to see them investigate her fat ass not to mention she should be disbarred for openly declaring while she was campaiging she would be bias

Yeah exactly. A speeding ticket. Everyone does it, but the cops decide to bust *you* for it. It happens.
BUT... to match Trump’s case: the cops and judge decide to put a speed trap outside your neighborhood, put up a 1 MPH speed limit sign, and look only for you. Then, when you take it to court, the judge refuses to listen to you or your lawyers, bangs the gavel and fines you 10x your liquid assets. Only in clown world.

That would make it beyond the deadline by now. I still
wonder how a court could demand full payment of $464 million
dollars within 30 days. I don’t believe anyone is that
liquid for that amount of money.
I believe there is some good material in the 8th Amendment
to the U. S. Constitution about reasonable fines and the
like. It probably covers other issues on the table right
now also.
