We are talking about Lindell.

I’d rather have 100 carnival barkers yelling from the highest towers of suspicion than having an idiot that was duped and given all evidence to the contrary continue yelling the lie. At least the carnival barkers gain traction. Lindell hurts Trump and his cause more than he helps

This engineer ran the data thru numerous tools that do this and none of them showed anything pertaining to election fraud.

Do *YOU* know how to do computer programing and create packets to be sent through networks?

*I* do. If I design a packet that is not recognizable by your "tools", then what does that mean? It means your tools can't recognize my specially designed packets, which is what I have already told you several times.

A lot of companies create proprietary software that they won't let anyone look at, and these voting machine companies very likely do exactly that. Without knowing how the software intends to use the packets, you can't tell what those packets do.

That’s his claim and two courts have agreed.

And what do these *IGNORANT* court people know about it?

Why do so many people have respect for courts, when there is a massive body of legal history showing the courts to be often incompetent and often just making up law as they go along?

That’s a quote from the guy who proved the information was false about Mike Lindell.

You keep arguing from the premise that the guy who wants 5 million dollars is correct and telling the truth.

He's not. He *DID* not prove what that data was. Therefore, he is *NOT* entitled to the money.

He just said it's "gibberish", which is exactly what anyone would claim of a packet data stream they couldn't decipher.

He may not have proved what the data was but he proved what the data was not and it was not anything to do with election hacking and as another poster pointed out even one of Lindell’s own engineers stated the information was bogus

You’re not offering anything but opinions supported by nothing I’ve provided background on the person who sod Lindell the information and his shady dealings and two courts ruling against Lindell and Lindell could resolve this entire situation by providing the data and methodology used to gather the information and decipher it which he has failed to do

Clarifying/updating my reply nn - re "the data" - I have only what I downloaded:

You can download Bob Zeidman's August 2021 report about Mike Lindell's Cybersecurity Symposium, held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, August 2021, in regard to the 2020 election:

https://www.zeidmanconsulting.com/download.htm

Scroll down to "A report for Mike Lindell's Election Fraud Challenge."

The downloaded file: "Zeidman expert report on alleged election fraud.zip"

Expanded, a folder: "Zeidman expert report on alleged election fraud"

That folder contains various files; in particular, Zeidman's report, a PDF file:

"Zeidman Expert Report on Mike Lindell's Challenge.pdf"

Therein, Mr. Zeidman goes into detail about his experience at Mike Lindell's symposium, including an explanation of what Zeidman means by the use of the word, "transformation." (Zeidman says in some news articles, that he "transformed" or performed a "transformation" of some files.) See pg. 8 of the PDF file:

"represented to us by Joshua Merritt and Colonel Phil Waldron that these were excerpts of packet data in hex format, which means it is binary data (typically PCAP file format) that has been converted to ASCII representations of hexadecimal numbers so that it can be read by a human. Opening the file Chinese_SourceIP_HEX.txt, in a text editor, the first line is the following hex numbers:
7B 5C 72 74 66 31 5C 61 6E 73 69 5C 61 6E 73 69"
[Zeidman continues: ] "converting these hexadecimal ASCII numbers to text results in the following string:"
{\rtf1\ansi\ansi

Overall, Bob Zeidman's report (including extra files [within the downloaded folder] that are supporting exhibits) - saved by Zeidman as RTF files - "so that it can be read by a human" - had no apparent PCAP files, and no apparent packet evidence from the 2020 election:

"Exhibit B - Chinese_SourceIP_HEX.rtf" is a long list of IP addresses.

"Exhibit G - mx-000123.csv.pdf" is a very long list of geo-locations around the world.

"Exhibit H - List of Other Files.pdf" is what it says, a list of 509 other files.

Other files are gibberish when viewed as RTF - EXAMPLE of the first RTF line from file "Exhibit D - Target_MachineID_HEX.rtf":

Ìß³·Q.WVn¨_Ô.qÂ.`ÕYžÁ.i#þ.PÚr?.(

Looking behind the curtain, of the same file, from its beginning on down through that first RTF (human readable) line, my brief study:

{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\cocoartf2513
\cocoatextscaling0\cocoaplatform0{\fonttbl\f0\fswiss\fcharset0 Helvetica;}

The HEX numbers might be code, but nobody came forth with some way to unravel the mystery and reveal election 2020 vote data.

Appreciate the clarification, which is why I’ve been saying Mike Lindell and Dennis Montgomery could put this entire situation to bed by simply showing the complete set of data, the process they used to decipher it and what the data shows and how it relates to election hacking.

Otherwise, it’s simply someone making a grand statement claiming to prove election hacking, only to withhold the actual data, how it was gathered and how it was deciphered.

Show all that and the case against Lindell goes away, otherwise Lindell will eventually pay 5 million to Bob Zeidman.

Lindell’s own cyber expert claims election data is illegitimate

By Dakota News Now staff

Published: Aug. 13, 2021 at 3:54 PM CDT

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium wrapped in Sioux Falls without the so-called “smoking gun” proving election fraud, and now, his own expert is refuting his claims.

Lindell held an event at the Military Heritage Alliance building from Tuesday through Thursday where he claimed he would show proof china hacked the 2020 presidential election.

He hired cyber expert Josh Merritt to be on his team investigating the data known as “packet captures.” But on Thursday, Merritt told the conservative news outlet the Washington Times, that the data is illegitimate . . .

It is very tragic, I think Lindell really wanted to believe the election was stolen, he bought into a hoax being sold by a con artist, unfortunately it’s cost him dearly.

Besides being a tragedy, I’m angry because hoaxes being put forward by people like Dennis Mitchell and perpetuated my Mike Lindell take away from the legitimate claims of election fraud and end up lumping everything together and discredit the entire narrative of hacked elections.

Yes. Misleading hoaxes. Sydney Powell let herself get caught up in that.

Remember “the ‘F curve?’” Vote counting/reporting a leap - an improvement for Biden - in 4 or 5 states. That is a maybe. A study:

https://electionlab.mit.edu/sites/default/files/2021-04/Blue-Shift-in-2020-Election.pdf

- - -

I currently suspect, that in general, there were a large number of “the little things” - corrupt acts performed by leftists, Democrat “soldiers,” union-istas.

That being very difficult to prove and display as a panorama on short notice.

Sydney Powell is near the top of the list of people spreading hoaxes that have proven to be false.

IMO, election fraud is multilayered, there is no signal source of the cheating.

The voting machines are potentially a problem but not near the most important part of the problem.

The entire corrupt voting system starts with dirty voter rolls, people are allowed to remain on the voting rolls who are dead, relocated, or are for one reason or another ineligible to vote but are listed as registered voters.

The Democrats have done an excellent job of corrupting the voting system by instituting things like universal mail in voting, ballot harvesting, insecure drop boxes, etc.

With universal mail in voting, all those ineligible people on the voter rolls get sent a ballot, those ballots are harvested by Democratic voter groups, filled out and dropped into insecure drop boxes, once that happens the method of counting them doesn’t matter because they are treated as real votes and no judge anywhere will invalidate those votes because it’s impossible to distinguish between real and fraudulent votes.

IMO, that’s how elections are stolen.

To elect a Rat president in general you need to control the vote count outcome in 6 states, 6 urban centers & 7 counties.

We’ve allowed election fraud (the old-fashioned kind!) to go on in those states\counties\cities for decades because of fear of the race card. What happened in 2020 was Ratland industrialized it. The whole “captured packets, etc.” evidence is misdirection - a red herring to dilute focus and effort. I suspect it was done on purpose I and others suspect Montgomery and maybe others are “agent provocateurs” to discredit any effort (and those doing it!) of challenging the idea that 2020 was the most secure election ever. Lindell’s heart may be in the right place, but I suspect its confirmation bias driving him. He desperately wants to show the fraud so he subconsciously leans that way when shown any evidence that confirms his bias. Rule-of-thumb when doing any investigation\analysis which confirms what you want, check again then re-check then get someone else to check it again that has no stake in the game. That needs to be done if the investigation\analysis is important! Of all the investigators\analysts always remember that you are the easiest to fool Why? Because you’ve already invested yourself in the outcome!

He may not have proved what the data was but he proved what the data was not

You cannot prove what it is not, without proving what it *IS*.

You’re not offering anything but opinions supported by nothing.

I am pointing out to you that by the simple standards of logic, you can't prove that the data is *NOT* election interference data unless you can prove what it *IS.*

What is an "opinion" supported by nothing is the claim that he solved the problem by declaring data he could not decrypt "gibberish", which is what data looks like to anyone who doesn't know what its for.

Mike Lindell does not have to prove his 23 gigabytes of data means anything. The challenger has to prove it doesn't, and he can't prove something just be declaring it so.

I'm not surprised idiot judges don't know what "proof" is. I've observed this problem in our courts for years. The "Innocence project" has over 100 people who have been wrongfully convicted of crimes they didn't commit.

Have *YOU* ever wrote an application that sends packet data through a network?

I have. You won't know what my data means *UNLESS* you can see my code.

How many voting machine companies allow people to see their code?

That you can't take the byte data and make sense of it means absolutely nothing. You couldn't figure out what any of my packet data did by trying that either.

Zeidman has proven nothing about that big file that he calls "gibberish."
