Everything about the British royal family since the beginning of the year has been steeped in the mystery of an Agatha Christie novel. And Then There Were None would be the perfect title for the successive disappearances from public life of the members of the Windsor household, which have unleashed a torrent of speculation and rumor, especially on social networks. First, the Princess of Wales, Catherine (Kate) Middleton, wife of the heir to the throne, Prince William, and almost immediately afterward King Charles III withdrew from the public eye due to health problems. Later, William also announced a pause in his public duties to attend to his wife, who was seen in apparently stolen photos on Tuesday. And even Queen Consort Camilla, who became almost exclusively in charge of representing the British royal household, has just announced that she is taking a week’s break overseas.
“It’s an ever-thickening fog of uncertainty. And it gives more energy to online rumors. It’s the problem of feeding out small pieces of information, enough to prompt more questions and not enough to give answers,” said Sean Coughlan, the BBC’s royal affairs correspondent, summing up the feeling of the British press.

The really interesting thing about that pic was the photo credit.
How did the Harkles’ pet paps get that photo?
And did the Harkles make any money off it?
Rumor has it they may have a deal going with that outfit.
The Harkles have put the rest of the monarchy in danger. The Harkles could have threatened the monarchy in a more significant way than just badmouthing it.
My doctor showed me a terrifying report that only 1/1000 men who treat prostate cancer will see positive results from it. Something around %50 will die from the treatment.
My father survived almost 30 years after prostate cancer treatment, but he was left with really awful after effects of radiation therapy that he suffered with that entire time.
OTOH I have a good friend who has been treated for prostate cancer at Mayo in Minnesota and is doing well.
You are correct. At his age CXR is part of routine anesthesia work up. A PET scan (for the other poster) is how to determine CA metastasis, or in the alternative, a CT scan
Chucky III has the cancer that will kill any member of any royal family—cancer of the bunghole.

Buckingham Palace explicitly said that it is not prostate cancer, but some other form of cancer.
Do check your facts....
Royal communications trying to rev up interest? Yawn.
He’s old for testicular cancer, and they said no to prostate cancer. I was wondering about bladder cancer. Seems to be more of that around these days.
A chest x-ray is pretty standard stuff for even a routine physical.

I sometimes think he is cursed for his pecadillos with his current spouse, at the hands of Lady Diana’s ghost.
They’ve said he doesn’t have prostate cancer.
My husband is a prostate cancer survivor. He’s been cancer free for over 10 years.
It’s very treatable (surgery) when it is in the prostate.
It does not respond to chemotherapy, and gets hard to treat if it spreads outside the prostate.
It also tends to be more aggressive in younger men.
Charles is old, even if he did have it it would probably not be aggressive.
As for the princess, the best speculation I’ve seen is a temporary ostomy bag and she’s staying out of sight until things can be restored.
The first doctor my husband saw advised radiation therapy. We saw a radiologist who actually advised against it because my husband was 50 and would have long term effects (even another form of cancer).
My husband had surgery over 10 years ago and has done well!
As if “Lady Diana” didn’t have her own skeletons in her closet. She’s been turned into a deity, because she died tragically and young, but this whole “Diana is a victim” narrative is ridiculous.
