I dunno. The GOP has a problem with blacks in high positions. Think Cameron in Kentucky-red state. It goes back to Herman Cain running for the senate and that fella Oklahoma house speaker who couldn’t get past the pale-faced Lankford.
I wish him well but the GOP doesn’t do enough to help them off get off the plantation. Perhaps the Clarence Thomas wake scared our ‘leaders’.

We have a story about a Republican American of African Descent doing well, and we get a couple of Democrat plants posting baloney to muddy things up.
Glad to see Robinson moving up - he’s got a very bright future if he sticks to his positions and doesn’t sell out. He could easily be on the ticket as Veep or even for POTUS in 8-12 years if he does well as governor - and I will welcome that.
FYI, I happen to love his position on the 2nd Amendment.
He was great during Covid.. as acting governor for Herr Cooper. If he will hold fast as governor of the people’s republic of NC, he might just be better than the center leftists we are seeing fund McCarthy McConnells radical agenda.
He appears before the school road as a family man who doesn’t support Disney groomers and bud lights war on women.
I have long said us real Christians have a lot more in common with Christian black folk than we do with leftist libtards. Treat them with the respect they are due for being humans and be welcoming as we should be for our brothers and sisters in Christ and it should be a natural bond.
We should be calling out the Commie left for divisive attempts to plant chips on their shoulders. Not all blacks are falling for this evil game. Some are seeing through it.

It’s not merely conservative. It’s just flat out scientific and reasonable. The philosophical morass one steps into by arguing that there is a “spectrum” of genders is as obnoxious as it is avoidable.
I’m proud to have voted for him 4 years ago and yesterday. I’ll vote for him again this Fall.
He’s wrong about one thing. There are two sexes. Gender is a grammatical term and there are three: masculine, feminine, and neuter.

Wow! I know not Robinson and only read the portion posted here but this is great! His positions need to be said and echoed.
If the NC black folk vote Robinson and legions of white folk who’ve been afraid to speak out against trans & LGBwhatever push him, Robinson can win, can’t he? I don’t know the state.
Further, if the NYTimes et al and the homo groups come after him, that may help to solidify support for Robinson even more.
This all started when he stood up at a local county council meeting and spoke up for gun owners. Here we are like five years later and he could become governor - MAGAnificent.
