It's rather appropriate that SCOTUS delivered their opinion on that date.
We dodged a bullet on that one.
The real insurrection was the Coup-19 stolen election.

The term “wild” as uttered by Trump was publicly known across the nation over two weeks before January 6th, 2021 according to leftist Business Insider & Yahoo.
“Several pro-Trump Republicans, however, have said they plan to disrupt the formal process, with Representative-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia tweeting on Saturday: “On January 6th...I will OBJECT and REJECT the fraudulent electoral votes from several states across the country.’

“Trump promises ‘wild’ protest in DC on Jan. 6, the day Congress to count electoral votes

Whether Trump engaged in “insurection” or “rebellion” is a question of fact and at most Congress could specify a court where the question of fact could be adjudicated.
The Democrats may simply refile in a DC federal courthouse.
March 5th We the People rendered a verdict:
President Trump was given the kind of Super Tuesday landslides reserved for popular incumbents.
A real slap in the face to his enemies who tried to cast him as another Adolph Hitler.
Apparently, We the People aren’t buying it at all.
And here’s the thing: either 2020 was stolen or it was not. One side is lying to the people and one side is yelling the truth. Some people deserve to hang for what’s happened over the last 8 years.
Now that we’ve established that Trump is not the villain, who do we turn our gaze to?
So the State of Colorado didn’t have .... “standing”?
I don’t think that is the technically correct way to say what happened.
But I would laugh a bit if any of the bed-wetter liberals voice/d their dismay that way.
Clever take on the ruling.
