What I can’t understand, is how any reasonable human being

Some topics don’t belong in public school for little children. Books are not banned, just restricted to mature audiences. Like movies. What is banned, or what was banned? Dissent from covid policy with the government telling media companies what to say and which comments to remove from their platforms.

So what is it 60 minutes? Are you free speech absolutelists? Or just in the tank for government special interests and drug company advertisers?

I am surprised it has taken the right so long to figure this out. The left (and even the "objective" press) will misquote, incompletely quote, or ellipsis out the important parts. They will mismatch questions and answers. They will take film from a pre-interview sound check, where the interviewee is supposed to sit quietly for a few seconds, and use it as film of a nonresponse to a question. The only way to fight this is with the truth of the raw interview footage.

I would love to see a non-Leftist version of 60 Minutes dedicated to exposing fake news but using the same in-your-face investigative journalism style. For example, they could confront Leslie Stahl in the wild, chasing her down the hall reading from one of the porn books used in grade schools and asking about her fake reporting on it. Publicly shame them, and treat them like the criminals they are.

CBS has had a liberal bias for decades. Keep in mind that 60 Minutes, their flagship news show, receives an average of 11 million viewers per week. Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan on average equal or exceed these numbers, plus the demographics of their audiences are younger than that of 60 Minutes. Mainstream media is struggling due to declining numbers of their audiences and a resultant drop in ad revenue. Nobody expects CBS to be impartial but only committed liberals believe them anyway.
