Haley garnered 1,274 votes to former President Trump’s 676 with all precincts reporting, according to DDHQ....
Still, the win in the winner-take-all D.C. primary will give her all of its 19 delegates. Voting in the District took place across three days from Friday to Sunday.
It took the Rats three days to find 598 votes.

Closed primary. But there is a move to make it “ranked choice” with an open primary. Currently there is same day in person registration. I am sure the democrats “found” the 400 votes just in time.
