How many electoral votes does DC have?

This reminds me of that old political saying.

Figures, as the closest thing to DC being a state is it being a city-state, exactly like the Vatican and the City of London.

Since Trump got less than 5 percent of the DC vote in the general election who could possibly be surprised? What I am surprised at is how the District warrants 19 delegate votes at the Convention? There is not an elected Republican there and all of 1900 people voted in the three day primary. Idaho, by contrast, has two R senators, two R congressthings and an R governor and state legislature, 36,000 voted in a caucus yesterday and Idaho only gets 34 delegates to the convention. Stop rewarding the Democrats by giving their voters a say in our convention.
