BREAKING! JUST IN: Supreme Court Sets Unusual Opinion Release For Monday Morning – Signals Ruling on Trump Ballot Eligibility is Looming

The Supreme Court is set to issue a ruling on Trump’s ballot eligibility after he challenged a decision by the Colorado Supreme Court to bar him from the 2024 primary ballot.

In December the Colorado Supreme Court disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot.

All 7 Colorado Supreme Court justices were appointed by Democrats – 3 of the justices dissented to the ruling.

The legal theories are based on Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.

Trump has not been charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

Oral arguments before the Supreme Court on Trump’s ballot eligibility wrapped in early February.

The Supreme Court expressed skepticism as they heard arguments from Colorado lawyer Jason Murray. Even the liberal justices expressed concern.

“Why should a single state have the ability to make this determination not only for their own citizens but for the rest of the nation?” Justice Kagan asked.

I really don’t see how any Supreme Court could get around the “innocent until proven guilty” tenet of our legal system. That the leftist court in Denver did so shows the true level to which this country has sunk from its founding. Frankly, it’s the kind of decision, if wrong, that could actually start a civil war, IMO.

I don’t see a problem with any direction of the ruling. If the Colorado ruling is upheld, then the dam can burst. There are at least 25 states that can take Biden off the ballot for promoting invasion with millions of illegals invited into the country.

I can’t understand why this opinion release has taken such a long time. To me, this looks like an easy one. I predict 9-0.

The immunity case looks like a much complicated case. The hearing for this case in 22 April. That doesn’t leave them much time to get their release out before the end of June.

I suspect they take longer at times to give the impression
they have deliberated at length, when in truth it was a
slam dunk from the get-go.

Just an exercise in pacifying the lunatic Left.

A 9/0 would certainly shut the Left up though. If even these

I saw a brief article a day or so ago saying if the SCOTUS goes against Trump he is moving his entire family out of the country to a safe haven...I would if it were me. Tomorrow will tell the tell for sure.

However this ruling comes down, our Judicial system has been tremendously damaged by Democrat abuse the last three years. It is forever tainted by its actions and the failures of higher courts in neglect of their duties.

They are all complicit and Roberts led the way with his contorted Obamacare baby splitting trying to be so thing he is as not named to be.
