I wonder how much she’s getting paid to stay in the race? It’s got to be a good sum of money for her to keep humiliating herself like that.
What’s the frequency, Kenneth?
What’s the delegate count, Haley?
She’s waiting for the lawfare or the deep state to take Trump out.
Does DC have an open or closed primary? If closed, Republicans may not support Nikki.
So, Niki; do you have a time machine that will take you back a year and two weeks?
Also, it annoys me when politicians use the "Royal 'We'".
DC is a closed primary.
Only registered Republicans can vote there.
Registered Republicans are only 5% of total DC voters—so we are talking small numbers.
In 2020 only 1500 (that is not a typo, 1500) people voted in the Republican Presidential primary. It was uncontested and all delegates were awarded to President Trump.
It looks as if Nikki Haley is giving herself an out if, as expected, Trump sweeps up on Super Tuesday. She will likely run out of money and cannot afford to continue. In fact, her remaining in the race energizes MAGA voters, which does not bode well for moderately incumbents down ballot.
She’s about as “competitive” as the Carolina Panthers last season.
Republicans have been clear on their second choice...
“None of the above”.
Nikki is done.
There is no intersection between those willing to vote for Haley and those willing to vote for Trump. The establishment trying to run her against Trump as a spoiler is a pathetic joke. Her “base”, if you want to call it that, is a bunch of democrats trying to throw a monkey wrench into the Republican primary process and a tiny number of establishment RINOs who are just dems in disguise. She’s not pulling votes from anyone, she’s just weirdly representing a few democrats in those states that foolishly allow open primaries, and putting on a bizarre political drag show for the RINOs who want to pretend they’re supporting a “conservative.”
The Nikki “conservatives” want to “conserve” leftist victories.
We are done with that kind of thinking—and politics.

She is staying in the race in case Trump gets assassinated. That is the only way she would win. And she is the only competitor remaining.
The convention does not work like that.
If she stays all the way to the convention she will have at most a couple hundred delegates—10% of the total.
The other 90% of the delegates will pick someone else—and they will be a conservative—could be even be a member of the Trump family.

I agree. If they kill Trump it would most certainly be a defining moment in this countries history. The deep state won’t do it for that reason, their hopes are somehow he gets put in jail.
