Willis has clearly tainted any future jury pool and, at a minimum, the trial needs to be moved to another venue.

In a sane world the case is dismissed.

Harry MacDougald, the attorney for Clark, who had such a great closing argument yesterday is FR’s “Buckhead” who posted here years ago. Buckhead was the one that uncovered the fake George Bush document in “Rathergate”.

Buckhead is still doing the heavy lifting for justice after all these years.

She wasn’t too smart, going after the President of the United States, with her kind of history to expose.

Sadow has been the best during hearings, but yesterday he was damn good, but second best. The old guy (don’t know his name and youtube is hiding his questioning) that went over the six reasons to disqualify even without solid evidence (appearance of impropriety). Very convincing.

Oh yeah, interesting. The judge is running for re-election for four years. He has no one running against him now. The deadline to run against him is in two weeks. We won’t hear a decision for at least two weeks. LOL

Final nail in her coffin?

Don’t forget a sturdy apple wood stake through her heart, a rock wedged in her mouth and bury her face down!

Whatever the decision, FAWNI has done very poorly facing the ethics gorilla, a fact now known by the black community of Fulton County and beyond......they do not trust her and so she will not be re-elected AG.

Fawni is now qualified to be the Madame of a Fulton County Whore House doing favors for her fellow radical , Marxist Democrats..:

I hope so - but I’m still hesitant about the outcome here.

We certainly haven’t heard the last of Fat Fani - she’ll resurrect herself for a political run in a friendly district - and win. She is a hero among certain populations..

I think most are missing the most likely path. Judges like to take the path of least resistance. The judge can declare that Wade committed perjury in his divorce proceeding, refer him to the Bar for punishment, and remove him from the case, and declare the case tainted because whether or not Fani was conflicted, Wade absolutely was. He admitted it on the stand. IIRC, Wade also made the grand jury presentations as well. He has a clear interest in the case proceeding, as he and his partners received large sums from Fani hiring him. As such, the Judge doesn’t need to disqualify Fani, he can leave it to the public whether to vote her in again.
Fani can start again, but it would be well after the election, removing the reason for the suit.

Kemp is on the MSM shows bashing Trump up and down.

Meanwhile - remember this?:

It has been more than eight years since Buckhead posted here, at least under that username.
Given what he is doing today, perhaps he needs a little distance from that notoriety.

Sadow raised rhetorical questions about who has the strongest motive to lie: "Who has the best motive of anyone to lie? They do. Who has the most at stake to lie? They do. Who wants to stay on this case, for whatever the financial reason may be? They do."

Both these tacky lowlifes need to be disbarred.
