When a person has or maintains a false belief or judgment about overt and objective external reality, and holds such views in defiance despite unquestionable authentication to the contrary, clinicians and therapists appropriately describe this as delusion and reflective of some form of mental disorder.
Delusions are beliefs that are plainly untrue and that indicate an abnormality in the affected person’s content of thought.
More problematic is these individuals are positively assured that the delusion is real.

Neither a biological female who thinks of herself as female nor a biological male who thinks of himself as male is transgender. They are simply male and female, man and woman.
By adding the “transgender” adjective to man, woman, boy, girl, etc. the person using it is signaling that there is something different about this individual from others who are male or female.
Is a transgender female a female?
For the left it appears to mean “she” is a particular type of female.
For the rest of us, transgender female simply means FAKE female. Impostor. A transgender female is a biological male who wants, for whatever reason, for others to think of him as female.
A transgender is a person who imagines himself or herself to be the opposite sex of his or her own body. And the left is insisting that we all must agree with this psychosis.
Robert Frost, in his poem “To a Louse” penned this famous line: To see ourselves as others see us! It speaks to the virtue of humility and the value of taking into account what others think in our self-assessment.
Modern liberalism replaces this idea with something far less self-reflecting and much more ominous: Oh, to force others to see us as we wish to be seen!
