The UN has never lost its pretension to world government and the people doing this know exactly what they're doing. What has changed over the last couple of decades is just how much money is involved and how rich the pious and unscrupulous are getting off the scam. That system has developed into something incredibly complex and incredibly corrupt. One reason we keep hearing the call to name and shame these NGOs is that there are so many of them, they're highly organized, and change their identities on a regular basis - look, for example, at how many tentacles the Tides Foundation has developed. These are human traffickers and proud of it. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

This war, for that's what it is, needs to be fought at that level, because it has proven so simple to choke the system by preventing immigration enforcement from that level. The people opening the floodgates and fighting to keep them open need to go to prison.
