Most of the proPutin people here are lazy and uninformed. They know actually very little about the reality of what is happening in the world. They believe in the glory of a Russian Super Power that never really existed.

Get real. The US and other western countries have had their asses firmly planted in Ukraine since Ukraine was split from Russia. They have been calling the shots since the coup in 2014. This is why they cannot be neutral because they haven’t been for years.
The west has been over there encouraging what is happening there now for years. There is actually video of people like McCain and Graham over there beating the drums for war with Russia. Remember Lindsay saying with joy to Zelensky that this was the best expenditure of our money ever?
No side in this disaster is free of blame and all parties are disgusting. The only suffering is the people who were lied to and forced to fight and die for it.
The only people that will prosper from this are the very rich elites who are already deciding which scumbags like the Pritzkers and Clintons will get the spoils of the war.
You think the Russians didn’t know all this? What do you think we would do if Russia set up shop with potential Russian nukes, and military on our southern border with the full blessings of Mexico?

Will you still celebrate when nukes start flying? It’s as if many have a death wish. For Pete’s sake, celebrating the escalation (poking the bear), an adversary that logic says can’t be defeated without a nuclear holocaust is mind-numbing. No one wants to talk and resolve differences anymore, just shoot and kill until humanity is obliterated. President Trump’s common sense can not arrive soon enough on the world stage.

Two famously neutral countries who - suddenly - decided to join NATO after Putin's Russia broke the post-WWII peace order.
(Austria is safely ensconced, geographically, within NATO, and thus enjoys all the safety and protection of a full member.)

They are complicit in this, not stupid. Russia prolonging the war is taking money out of the US economy, sending it to Ukraine where it will be washed and sent back for all involved to get their cut.
War can end tomorrow with a simple congressional bill. No more money to Ukraine until a full audit on what the money sent to Ukraine is being used for. Audit money going to Israel also to create the narrative that all US money going to militaries around the world are accurately accounted for.

Pretty sure “Western woke ideology” is far away from any and all battlefields. It exists soley in the media, TikTok and in the minds of the deluded (read: mentally ill) individuals who patronize them.
The same cadre of deluded characters continue to push the same narrative despite being confronted with reality day after day. We are throwing away $100s of Billions of tax dollars and funding the continued slaughter of good people on both sides because of any actual interests of the United States. This is all about corrupt politicians, greedy opportunists, and the fantasies of those who want the “cold war” reignited. And yes, years after the conflict has ended they will still be pushing the same nonsense. This like so many other recent events has illuminated the true character of many here.
