Yes, but the office is not vacated. The phrase "removed from office" is ambiguous in these articles to suggest that Biden is no longer President.

I’d rather have no one in charge instead of the giggle box VP.The new VP will be someone young, and charismatic. That’s just too dangerous as so many swing voters look at hair and charisma.

So...if Biden’s cognitive decline is NOT incapacitating then he SHOULD be prosecuted for illegally possessing and divulging national secrets, especially since his cognitive abilities were not in question at the time the document thefts were committed.

CAN’T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!

Doing the 25th on Biden and removing him from office would benefit whom?

Answer. The democrats.

This being true, Republicans should keep this argument in play as it daily reminds America that a senile old pervert must be removed from office on inauguration day. Not a day sooner.

Sooner or later Biden will have a serious fall. He is almost falling now everyday.

I would not be surprised if the dems themselves remove Biden just so they could say they had the FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT!

"right wingers"

It is always disappointing when a Freeper uses the dehumanizing language of the communist left. Are you in the right forum?

The ones that matter in exercising it (25th) are the VP and cabinet members or a group selected by Congress for that purpose. The cabinet and VP aren’t going to do it. Neither is Congress, IMO. WE have to 25th Biden in November.

Diagnosing someone remotely is malpractice.

Psychiatrists are political. No science is involved. Disorders are voted on by the craziest people you will ever meet, psychiatrists. Homosexuality becomes a political movement? Magically it no longer is a disorder.

My favorite disorder after Can’t Do Math Disorder and Drinks Too Much Coffee Disorder is Disagrees With The Shrink Disorder. These actually exist though they have fancy names for them. Yep. Disagreeing with the shrink can get you involuntarily committed.

You just hit the jackpot of why Biden will not be removed unless he suffers a near total physical and mental incapacitation or one of the DemonRats, feeling that he has to go, implements the Julius Caesar solution.

Diagnosing someone remotely is malpractice.

I am not a doctor so I am free to speculate. It is obvious there is something wrong with the guy. My guess is he is closing in on late stage Alzheimer's. His short term memory is shot, doesn't know where he is, and has balance problems to name a few observations. One has to wonder how bad he is when the camera isn't focused on him..

No doubt. I was referring to the chops on Trump. I should have made that clear. Personally I hate shrinks worse than Biden. But it’s close.

However I have personal experience with shrinks screwing people up. They will prescribe drugs based on a 5 minute phone conversation with a patient’s relative. Disgusting.
