Lots of excellent YouTube videos on these situations that people should watch, as too many police forces have denigrated to shake down artists. I believe most are still basically good but because of Democrat governments making a mockery of law they're forced into an "us versus them" mindset - effectively the Blue Gang in the thug hierarchy.

There was a situation a few years back where state troopers and local police were about to draw down on each other over who had the "right" to confiscate a trucker's money. Ridiculous.

Last I heard he's STILL trying to get it back.
