I agree 100% with your assessment but who up the line(not the voters) will ever correct her or dare to criticize her? No one. They kept repeating without making an actual case, almost as if they thought repeating the same stuff would make the case for them.

Right on. It really reminded me of that Waukesha Christmas parade trial where that Judge had the patience of a saint because ... well, we kind of know why.

Once the crap 💩 hits the fan in the evening mediapuke news tonight as usual when one of their own comes under scrutiny, or criminal indictments they will circle the wagons! This home wrecker whore bitch she will come out as the victim! This judge is totally bought and looks like a spineless weasel who will end up ruling in her favor!

There had been limitations agreed upon as to the scope of questioning today and the judge had allowed a bit of leniency by the attorneys in their questioning of the witnesses.
I think from his demeanor, the Judge is leaning heavily on ruling that Willis is disqualified. I think he has seen enough and doesn’t really need all the “extras”.
As an aside, I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism and respect for the Court by an attorney as that exhibited by Fani Willis today. At first the judge tried to admonish her and instruct her to answer the questions, but eventually I believe he just gave up and decided if she wanted to hang herself, who was he to stop her.

A. You will find out when she testifies , Sir. (She’s nuts)
This is a quote from The NYTimes on front page now. Fans accomplished her job today and the media is playing along.
“Ms. Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, showed clear frustration and animus as she was questioned on her relationship with Nathan J. Wade, whom she hired to run the case. She accused a defense lawyer of spreading “lies” and said some of the lawyer’s insinuations were “extremely offensive.””
All that has to be proved is an “appearance” of a conflict of interest for her to be dismissed from the case. This isn’t a criminal case where she faces charges. The bar isn’t all that high.
But she could cross the line during the hearing where there could be actual charges filed, i.e., a process crime.
I’m sure ears perked up in the hood.

Even MSNBC attorneys said it was not a good look or day for her.
That is an over-simplification of the allegations.
The allegation is that Willis overpaid Wade relative to his experience and the more experienced people already hired, and that she benefited from it by Wade paying for lavish gifts like cruises and Napa Valley vacations.
Their defense is that they split the costs, but only his transactions are documented while hers are in untraceable cash.
Furthermore, there are public corruption regulations requiring government officials to report gifts totaling more than $100 received from non-government people. If Wade paid for trips for Willis, that violates all sorts of public corruption rules and regulations, even if she paid him back in-kind or directly with cash.
So, in short, Willis paid Wade $250/hour to prosecute a RICO case he had no experience in (nor any felony cases), while she had the state's expert on RICO cases on her payroll at $150/hour. That doesn't even come close to an "when it was their salaries" defense.

Taking cash from her campaign donations and keeping it in her house for stash money was a nice touch indeed.

Re: 395 - they other issues are “potential” credibility problems with Wade and Willis stating the relationship started later, while s a former employee (attorney) testified it started in 2019.
The later start was memorialized in an affidavit/filing? by at least Wade. The judge will determine who is the most credible in regards to this specific issue. The witness today appeared credible.
Already happening in media...AP NYT etc all painting it as badgering a black woman in paint over her man
