Idaho public universities have ramped up spending to $6 million on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and teaching students about 'white fragility' and 'toxic masculinity..
Idaho Freedom Foundation (IFF) researchers have lifted the lid on a tripling of DEI spending since 2022 at Boise State University (BSU) and three other taxpayer-funded schools across the Gem State.
Those schools now have 75 administrators dedicated to DEI, many of them earning six-figure salaries.
The top earner, Yolanda Bisbee, is an expert on tribal relations who bags $170,706 per year as chief diversity officer at the University of Idaho (UI).
'The DEI regime has been growing in Idaho's public universities,'

DEI staff now make up more than 3.4 positions for every 100 tenured professors, according to nationwide research by The Heritage Foundation, stoking fears of a ballooning sector that some say is no more than a woke box-ticking exercise.
Utah's Republican Gov Spencer Cox last month signed a bill into law that made the state the latest to prohibit diversity training, hiring, and inclusion programs at universities and in state government.
Republican lawmakers in at least 17 states have proposed some three dozen bills to restrict or require public disclosure of DEI initiatives, mostly in higher education, according to an analysis of the bill-tracking software Plural.
Meanwhile, Democrats in nine states have filed at least 20 bills to require or promote DEI schemes.
According to IFF, Idaho's public universities have 'continued to build out their DEI infrastructure in the face of legislative opposition' by state lawmakers.
Spending on DEI staffers has jumped from $2.2 million in February 2022 to nearly $6 million today

How far can the taxpayers bend over??
Idiot conservatives like to sneer about New York and Los Angeles that "They voted for it!"
Well, you can't say that about Idaho. But it doesn't matter. You get DEI whether you voted for it or not.
Yes, the rot is here, too. We have a big problem with an “ol’ boys network” which is essentially oblivious to the culture war & bent on lining their pockets.
How does this happen in Idaho? Idaho has a relatively conservative state government that should be able to vote to stop this.
That's the limitation with the "I'll just move to a 'red' state" mentality.
This rot has been nationalized and it's growing.
When you control the institutions, the government doesn’t matter.
That’s why we can’t vote our way out of this.
thats what u call a “Deimon”
And worth every penny of it too !
If I’m going to be surrounded by black BS, the weather better at least be good.
Maybe we can take over Costa Rica.
Good weather and no standing army.
We just need a bunch of white tradesmen and a bunch of college female volleyball players.
They are going to need to grow more potatoes to cover those costs.
Can’t wait to see how graduates of this foo-foo assimilate into corporate America.
That’s why we can’t vote our way out of this.

Where do you think the HR employees come from?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/02/exclusive-foia-documents-reveal-secret-2020-election-day/ THEIR AGENDA
HR employees generally come straight from where they shall return, and it ain’t heaven.
Voter apathy. The Boise Mayor , McLean (Massachusetts transplant) won the election with 43% voter turnout. And this is her second term. First term was won with less, 40%. That resulted in a runoff which drew a paltry 20% voters. In that election the republicans put up previous mayor Brent Coles whose term ended with a stalker conviction.
Yeah, go republican party, way to bring your base enthusiasm into it. Granted you said State Gov. and this is more local but Boise is the capital.
Let’s see.......in the interview process, the one who can demonstrate the most hateful attitude gets the job.
Apathy is the result of abundance. As long as there is weed, video games, sex, Amazon and Door Dash, we’re good right?
My kid would be outta that school by next semester!
