Special Counsel Robert Hur’s final report on Joe Biden’s willful retention and dissemination of highly classified information is rocking Washington, re-igniting concerns of a dual system of justice while putting the full weight of the government behind the notion that America is currently being served by a president with “diminished faculties.”
Hur’s 388-page report released Thursday may have spared Biden the spectacle of a criminal prosecution similar to that his Justice Department imposed on Donald Trump, but it delivered a devastating blow to the 46th president’s re-election hopes by going out of its way to explain criminal charges weren’t levied in part because jurors might see Biden as a dottering, forgetful old man incapable of criminal intent.
“Mr. Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur wrote in explaining his rational for declining prosecution. “…It would be difficult to convince a jury they should convict him – by then a former president who will be at least well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
Later, Hur added for good measure he believed Biden suffered from “diminished faculties in advancing age.”
The political fallout was instant and severe.

IF Biden is “Too old to be prosecuted” then how in the heck is he fit to be president?
Trump needs to make a big deal out of that BUT wait until biden faces off against him in the general. Make a huge deal out of it- and ask why the biased media is propping up someone, protecting someone who is by the left’s own admission “Too old to be prosecuted”

Especially given the fact that President Trump was authorized to have documents as President and Biden as Senator/VP was not...
and biden had been taking them illegally for over 50 years
Biden is losing his mind and the media looks the other way.
Few have the guts to report the truth.

He was this way long before he ran in 2020.
Well, it appears Trump’s attorneys see things the same way as I do (aren’t they smart?). LOL

DEVELOPING: Trump legal team to file motion to dismiss Mar-a-Lago charges arguing “selective prosecution” based on DOJ declining to prosecute Biden (Trump’s election opponent) over similar allegations of “willful retention and disclosure of classified materials”

And the media has been covering up for him way long before the 2020 election as well.
The age thing is a distraction. Focus on the part of the report that states Biden illegally shared classified information with his biographer who later deliberately destroyed recordings of the interviews in spite of the fact he knew there was an active investigation.

There was some language in the doc about they are somewhat dissimilar. There was no reason for it to be there. My guess the dept of injustice forced it in. Hur should be called to Congress to explain
I actually emailed my US Rep Meredith and Senator Mike Lee asking why an Amendment 25 isn’t being pursued. Biden has the nuclear codes for f**ks sake. I don’t expect I can have an effect, but I can’t be silent about it any more. I encourage Americans on here to do the same.
