From what I understand the FED can remove razor wire.

That is about all it is.

TX can do whatever they are doing in the vein of the Texas Constitution.

Good Times for all.

Congress has to power to raise armies, and to keep them on federal property and territory.

Congress has the power to “make rules concerning captures on land and water”.

“Congress shall have power to...establish an uniform rule of naturalization.”

States clearly retain the right and power to expel foreigners on their territory not in federal custody as per congressional rules, even those with bona fide asylum claims.

Authority to Deploy the National Guard

Section 502 of Title 32, U.S. Code, provides the authority for the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Air Force to call National Guard units to active duty under Title 32 status for training purposes. It also permits individual members to be called to active duty to perform training “or other duty in addition to” the mandatory training described earlier in Section 502.

Title 32 authority under Section 502(f) was also used for Operation Jump Start and Operation Phalanx, discussed above.

Although National Guard members did not engage in direct law enforcement activities during these two border security operations, it is possible that states might consider giving them that authority in future operations.

As a matter of statute, other duty under Section 502(f) may also include “homeland defense activities.”

Such activities are statutorily defined to mean activities undertaken for the military protection of the territory or domestic population of the United States, or of infrastructure or other assets of the United States determined by the Secretary of Defense as being critical to national security, from a threat or aggression against the United States.

1) Were the President to activate the Texas National Guard under Title 10, what would their orders be? To assist federal officers in throwing open the gates?

Instead, I predict the President, through DOJ, will issue a warrant for Abbot's arrest.

How high can razor wire be stacked? 2 - 3 stories high should take some time. No reason to quit stacking just because someone is cutting.

The Texas governor would veto any attempt to take the Texas natl guard away from Texas when they need them.

Any such move would confirm the admin is working against America

Could Abbott request Sheriffs to deputize thousands of armed civilians?

Then dare Biden to direct his goons into that buzz saw.

Isn’t it interesting? All of the various leftist options in this escalating situation are

“take Texas to court”
“Seize the National Guard”
“Arrest Abbot”
“take back Eagle Pass”

Never is it: “secure the border”

It shows how extremely important replacing Americans with pliant immigrants is to them.

As I understand it, the SC ruling says Border Agents can cut the razor wire. But it doesn’t say Texas has to remove it or stop using it, correct?

What if Texas started using something else like Punji sticks besides razor wire? Would the SC ruling not apply to the Punji sticks?
