Just need a connection between here and the razor wire.
As I understand it, the SC ruling says Border Agents can cut the razor wire. But it doesn’t say Texas has to remove it or stop using it, correct?
What if Texas started using something else like Punji sticks besides razor wire? Would the SC ruling not apply to the Punji sticks?
It refers to “barriers” at the border.
