This is simply a political persecution, like all the others.
It will never get fully adjudicated prior to Trump being sworn in, so it’s a waste of time and money.

Many top level White House officials retain their security clearances after leaving service.

That's how Sandy Berger was able to get into a National Archives SKIF and stuff classified documents down his pants after he left the Clinton Administration (for which he was fined $500,000, 2 years probation, and 100 hours of community service.)

I have heard all the feds found at Maralago were empty folders stamped classified on the front. It jives with the fact that they won’t disclose what they found. They’re trying to say what they found was so classified that it cannot be brought into evidence. Just take their word for it.

I had a nuclear weapons clearance but it probably went away after I got out of the Army.

There’s clearance, and there’s “need to know.” I remember the retired Navy guy in charge of maintenance in my high school bragging anout his Top Secret security clearance. Yeah...and...?

Truth Social
Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

EDITED-—CNN just did a “Breaking News” story, (leaked by Biden Prosecutor Jack Smith and his team of Radical Left Lunatics), that various people saw papers and boxes at Mar-a-Lago.

Of course they did......boxes, papers, etc. that were openly brought from the White House, as is my right under the Presidential Records Act. I even supplied, upon request, Security Tapes to these Election Interfering Thugs.

So what about all of the papers, boxes, and documents found at NUMEROUS Joe Biden places,
<><>on his garage floor alongside his cherished Corvette,
<><>or CHINATOWN, where boxes moved freely in and out
<><>and the U of Pennsylvania’s Biden office
<><>possibly the U of Delaware storing Obama/Biden papers.

NOTE WELL-—Biden doesn’t come under the Presidential Records Act WRT classified docs because he wasn’t President, at the time.(Did Obama give VP Biden classified docs? For what reason?)

Biden and Jack Smith spent over $100,000,000 investigating this phony Russia Scam. How much have they spent investigating Joe on his much bigger deal-—having in his possession, on private property, US govt documents he was not entitled to?
