This is simply a political persecution, like all the others.
It will never get fully adjudicated prior to Trump being sworn in, so it’s a waste of time and money.

The so-called special counsel in the Biden case filed no charges in a clear case of retention of classified material by someone who had no right to.
This case is nothing more then a minor dispute between the President and the political agitators at NARA. Mad Jack seized on it and made it in to a criminal case, which is unheard of.
Political persecution unlike any ever visited on a President, by men who have no such power.
