Left-Wing Media Freaks Over ‘Mysterious Red Marks’ on Trump’s Hand – Dem Strategist James Carville Claims it Looks Like Syphilis (VIDEO)

President Trump on Wednesday was photographed while he was on his way to a Manhattan court to attend a trial where the jury will decide how much he has to pay E. Jean Carroll for his so-called ‘defamatory’ statements about her.

The left-wing media freaked out over red marks on President Trump’s right hand.

It could be red marker or blisters from playing golf, but miserable leftists like James Carville immediately claimed Trump has syphilis.

“So this photo of lesions on Trump’s hand is real and from today,” far left ‘reporter’ Aaron Rupar said on X.

“Former President Donald Trump was spotted heading to court to face his rape accuser with several mysterious red marks on his hand.” Metro UK reported.

“The ex-president waved with his right hand at cameras as he departed Trump Tower on Wednesday morning en route to Manhattan federal court. The gesture revealed that Trump had red marks on his thumb, index finger and upper palm.” Metro UK said.

“As Donald Trump waved at supporters today, he flashed bizarre red splotches on his right hand – sparking a slew of hilarious conspiracy theories online.” The Daily Mail said.

“We asked a dermatologist about the mystery marks on Trump’s hands. Here’s what he said.” Business Insider said.

The dermatologist told Business Insider of the four likely possibilities: Trump’s hands are too dry, blisters from playing golf, he got lime juice on his hands, or a rash/bug bites.

Democrat strategist James Carville claimed it may be syphilis.

I did not know that. I did have small pox at about 1or 11 and thought I had broken out with a bad case of the pimples. Went in & told my mother I couldn't go to class . She asked why & I said look at all these pimples, I can't go to school looking like this. She turned around and started laughing. I said; there is nothing funny about all these pimple. Then she told me I had small pox not pimples. I as relieved and delighted that I did indeed get to stay home also.

BTW, I managed to avoid all the sexually transmitted maladies. Either I wasn't getting enough "love" or I was lucky. 🙂

Well speaking as a Dermatologist, Syphilis is on the differential diagnosis of most skin conditions. And involvement of palms is fairly common in secondary syphilis, a bit of trivia which Carville might have stumbled across, even as a layman, in his native New Orleans, where the disease is not so rare. But that sure doesn’t strike me as a likely diagnosis, given just that photo from which to make a diagnosis. Three friction blisters, which had broken, or other local trauma, would be my first thought. And, if the colors are true, I’d wonder whether the famously germaphobic Trump had applied merthiolate to them as a disinfectant. It’s not so commonly used today, but for his generation could be an old germaphobic habit. Hand eczema would be my second choice.

Syphilis can look like practically anything, but #20 would be a classic look for secondary syphilis.

>The man is 77, any scrape on furniture, kitchen utensils or vehicle will show a reddened mark for what seems like forever.

That's very common for fair complected folks who've had a lot of sun exposure. It represents easy bruising, as a consequence of the sun damage rendering their skin fragile, aka "thin", and takes a colorfully long time to resolve. Looks red initially. Backs of hands and forearms are especially prone. And in my professional experience, lots of older folks getting it fail to recognize they are bruises. But although Trump may well be prone to that problem, it wouldn't explain these palm lesions. Palms get much less sun damage and generally are spared that.

Inverted penis syndrome reminds me of the old limerick:

There was an old man from Ghent
Whose penis was terribly bent.
With considerable trouble, he put it in double
And instead of coming, he went.

And that’s the only way Diaper Joe became the father of crooked Hunter.

>“GREAT POX” instead of the “SMALL POX”

Good history of syphilis trivia knowledge! Although as a clinically descriptive term "Great Pox" doesn't quite fit the case in #20. "Pox" referred to the scars ('pocks') expected to be left after some once common rashes. Small pox often left LOTS of small scars. Chicken pox often left a few small scars. (One theory is that 'chicken' was linguistically derived because the scars were the size of 'chick peas.') But all the lesions shown in #20 weren't ulcerated, so should heal without permanent scarring. When syphilis first arrived in the west (probably brought by some of Columbus's sailors, from a milder related infection, Yaws, endemic to the Caribbean) it was often more severe and ulcerative than is commonly seen today. Just as the native americans got more severe cases of common European diseases new to them. Scarring the size of those spots were a dramatic consequence of a 'new' plague, which most countries back then tried to blame on their enemies.

...and remember folks, the man of 77, has been in and out in severe cold weather exposure recently (Iowa..elsewhere), and hands can become extremely sensitive, even with normal washing/showering temperatures and different pH.
Hands continuously, in and out of pockets also.
Doubt he’ll have heavy emollient while shaking hands.

A “nice” hot shower after numerous Iowa events and travel, can lead to rash.

Use of differential indoor heating exposure, can also have a bearing, in cold climates....from outside to in outside to in...hands rubbing attempted to warm at fireplace, woodstove after coming from outside....skin cracking brittle.

In my opinion.

Do a google image search on golf blisters. That’s most likely what Trump has.

Red marker could match the color, ergo my merthiolate thought. But the spots don’t seem to be merely flat. And although Trump trolling the press is in character I don’t see him as either artistic enough personally or patient enough to let an artist draw fake 3D on him.

Recent Iowa weather certainly could encourage hand eczema, as could obsessive hand washing. Chilblains also crossed my mind as cold sensitivity lesions that could fit the size and location of those three lesions and which the photo wasn’t good enough to rule out via its details.

Your Mother was probably a lovely lady but in this case she was wrong, if you had SMALL POX you would probably be dead, or horribly disfigured.

Small Pox was pretty much eradicated world wide by the late 70’s early 80’s.

If you have a small roundish scar on probably your upper left arm you had a vaccination (back when vaccinations actually worked) when you were a kid, if you were born after around 1980 you probably don’t have one.

I have 2 small round scars, one from about the 3’rd grade and one from before I shipped out in January 1968, we were being sent to South East Asia where there were still pockets of endemic Small Pox.

We will know for sure if the red spots on Trump’s hand are real or if it is photo shop. He will be talking to Hannity Thursday (tomorrow) night.

I take a blood thinner and often get blotches and bruising on parts of my arms and hands that bump into things or too much pressure is applied. 74 this month.
