Trump is GREAT at trolling the press, it is red marker BANK ON IT!!!
Red marker could match the color, ergo my merthiolate thought. But the spots don’t seem to be merely flat. And although Trump trolling the press is in character I don’t see him as either artistic enough personally or patient enough to let an artist draw fake 3D on him.
