As I understand it you get together a group, someone pitches who they think and why you should vote for them and then they vote or stand in groups, Trump folks stand in this corner, Haley folks in that corner, de Santis folks in this corner. Then they tally the votes.

Cuspofcommonsense is working today there but after today I'm sure he'll be more than happy to explain his job as a leader. He's been working non-stop for weeks
He conducts weekly meetings explaining issues/educating people on laws and government/answering questions/sharing research/and much more. He would be much better telling all his responsibilities and what he feels he's achieved. Cusp is a great guy who takes his calling very seriously.

A bunch of Republicans gather at a precinct, are handed a slip of paper and told to write a name on it. They are then counted... All precincts are combined and delegates are proportioned based on the vote.
