Freeper gubamyster passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 59.
His name was James Ryan Williams II.
He was an accountant, and lived in Huntington Beach, CA.
"Gub" was a regular on the Weekly Dose of the Trump Family Train, and was known for his wry sense of humor and his witty repartee.
He was married with four children. He loved baseball, and we followed the exploits of his oldest son, who played for his college baseball team.
At the link, there is a picture of Gub and video tribute.
We noticed he was not posting sometime in December, 2022.
Many attempts were made to contact him. But about six months ago, one of our Trump Train sleuths obtained his name, and we found out he had passed.
We wanted to have a tribute thread for him, and to add him to the Freeper Memorial Wall.
Gub, old friend, you were a stalwart supporter of President Trump, and you loved your family and America as passionately as anyone we have ever known.
Please put a good word in for us with the Lord, and we will see you once more.

I remember his quick humor that lit up the thread.
And love the pictures of his walking his YUGE dogs on the beach.
Gub was a great guy and he will forever be missed by this freeper.
Thanks for the link to the FReeper Memorial Wall. Not far down the list is Barbara K. Olson who died in the 9/11 attacks. I didn’t know her or her husband Theodore (Ted), but hiss mom (Yvonne) was a wonderful neighbor at the end of our street. So the Wall has personal meaning for me.
He died 10 days short of his 60th birthday. Just looked at the calendar.... i’m 8 days short of mine. (gulp)

Very sad. My sincere condolences to his family. He was a great guy and a gentleman.
I have never looked at the memorial wall. Kind of sad. Makes me wonder about the replacement rate at FR. Doesn’t seem the same as it did 20 years ago. My first year was not long after 9/11. Eventually I realized for work reasons, I needed an entirely different account than the name I was using.
Another thing that hit me looking at the memorial wall, is that I should be friendlier at times here.

Gub was loyal and faithful to his country and to his friends. We could count on him. He gave us glimpses of his personal life and his perspective on national and international occurrences.
It was good to have crossed paths with you here on Free Republic friend
