Pro tip: Don’t try fisticuffs next to train tracks.
I don’t believe it’s “involuntary” manslaughter. It looks like he waited for the train to pull in before knocking the guy onto the tracks.
As I said last night on a now-deleted (?) thread, I rode the subway every day many years ago. Sometimes people were hit and killed by trains, but most of those stories were never reported on the news.
Never, ever have a fight or argument on the platform. Always stand back away from the edge. and watch out for the crazy people.
